بررسی جامع تکنیک های مستندسازی هوش مصنوعی در کسب و کار

شرکت‌ها به طور فزاینده‌ای از برنامه‌های هوش مصنوعی در حوزه‌های مختلف سود می‌برند، اما با تاثیرات منفی آن نیز مواجه می‌شوند. چالش در فقدان مکانیسم های حکمرانی روشن برای هوش مصنوعی نهفته است. در حالی که اسناد یک ابزار کلیدی حاکمیتی است، روش‌های استاندارد مهندسی نرم‌افزار برای هوش مصنوعی ناکافی هستند. تمرین‌کنندگان در مورد نحوه مستندسازی هوش مصنوعی مطمئن نیستند و سوالاتی در مورد اثربخشی دستورالعمل‌های مستندسازی فعلی ایجاد می‌کنند. این بررسی بررسی می‌کند که آیا دستورالعمل‌های مستندسازی هوش مصنوعی نیازهای نظارتی و صنعتی برای برنامه‌های کاربردی هوش مصنوعی را برآورده می‌کند و دستورالعمل‌هایی را برای تحقیقات آینده پیشنهاد می‌کند. بررسی ادبیات ساختاری انجام شد. در مجموع 38 مقاله از مجلات و کنفرانس های برتر در زمینه های پزشکی و سیستم های اطلاعاتی و همچنین مجلاتی با تمرکز بر هوش مصنوعی عادلانه، پاسخگو و شفاف مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این بررسی ادبیات با بررسی میزانی که دستورالعمل‌های مستندسازی کنونی می‌توانند الزامات مستندسازی برنامه‌های هوش مصنوعی را از سوی نهادهای نظارتی و متخصصان صنعت برآورده کنند و با ارائه راه‌هایی برای تحقیقات آینده، به ادبیات کمک می‌کند. این مقاله دستورالعمل‌های مستندسازی معاصر را در برآوردن انتظارات قانون‌گذاران و متخصصان ناکافی می‌بیند. این مقاله با سه روش پیشنهادی برای تحقیقات آتی به پایان می رسد.

a comprehensive review of artificial intelligence documentation techniques in business

companies are increasingly benefiting from ai applications in various fields, but they are also facing negative impacts. the challenge lies in the lack of clear governance mechanisms for ai. while documentation is a key governance tool, standard software engineering methods are insufficient for ai. practitioners are uncertain about how to document ai, raising questions about the effectiveness of current documentation guidelines.this review examines whether ai documentation guidelines meet industry and regulatory needs for ai applications and suggests directions for future research. structural literature review was done. a total of 38 articles from top journals and conferences in the fields of medicine and information systems, as well as journals focusing on fair, responsive and transparent artificial intelligence, were reviewed.this literature review contributes to the literature by examining the extent to which current documentation guidelines can meet the ai ​​application documentation requirements of regulatory bodies and industry professionals, and by providing avenues for future research. this article finds contemporary documentation guidelines insufficient in meeting the expectations of legislators and professionals. the paper concludes with three suggested avenues for future research.
