اثر ضدباکتریایی عصاره آبی و الکلی ریشه زرشک بر لیستریا مونوسیتوژنز، ویبریو هاروی و یرسینیا روکری

عصاره‌های گیاهی به‌عنوان منابع طبیعی با خواص ضدباکتریایی شناخته می‌شوند. ریشه زرشک (berberis vulgaris) یکی از گیاهان دارویی با تاریخچه طولانی در طب سنتی است. این تحقیق به بررسی اثرات ضدباکتریایی عصاره‌های آبی و الکلی ریشه زرشک بر روی باکتری‌های vibrio harveyi، yersinia ruckeri و listeria monocytogenes می‌پردازد. عصاره‌های آبی و الکلی از ریشه زرشک تهیه و پتانسیل ضدباکتریایی آن‌ها با روش‌های انتشار دیسک و حداقل غلظت مهارکننده (mic) ارزیابی شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که هر دو عصاره دارای خاصیت ضدباکتریایی قابل توجهی هستند، به‌طوری‌که عصاره الکلی اثربخشی بیشتری در مهار رشد باکتری‌ها نشان داد. همچنین، عصاره‌های ریشه زرشک تاثیر مثبتی بر تمایز و فعالیت ایمنی مونوسیت‌ها داشتند. این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که عصاره‌های ریشه زرشک به‌عنوان یک منبع طبیعی با پتانسیل برای توسعه داروهای ضدباکتریایی و بهبود پاسخ ایمنی می‌توانند مفید باشند. پیشنهاد می‌شود تا پژوهش‌های بیشتری برای ارزیابی مکانیسم‌های موثر این اثرات و همچنین مطالعات بالینی برای تایید نتایج انجام شود.

antibacterial effect of aqueous and alcoholic extracts of barberry root on listeria monocytogenes, vibrio harvey and yersinia rockii

plant extracts are known as natural sources with antibacterial properties. barberry root (berberis vulgaris) is one of the medicinal plants with a long history in traditional medicine. this research examines the antibacterial effects of aqueous and alcoholic extracts of barberry root on vibrio harveyi, yersinia ruckeri and listeria monocytogenes. aqueous and alcoholic extracts of barberry root were prepared and their antibacterial potential was evaluated by disk diffusion and minimum inhibitory concentration (mic) methods. the results showed that both extracts have significant antibacterial properties, so that the alcoholic extract showed more effectiveness in inhibiting the growth of bacteria. also, barberry root extracts had a positive effect on the differentiation and immune activity of monocytes. this study suggests that barberry root extracts can be useful as a natural resource with potential for developing antibacterial drugs and improving immune response. it is suggested that more research be done to evaluate the effective mechanisms of these effects, as well as clinical studies to confirm the results.
