بررسی شیوع عفونت های انگلی روده ای در بین دانش آموزان مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان اشنویه در سال 1401

عفونت های انگلی روده ای از جمله بیماری های شایع در کودکان به ویژه در مدارس می باشند. بررسی و تعیین آلودگی دانش آموزان به این عفونت ها در مقاطع مختلف در مناطق روستایی و شهری از اولویت های تحقیقاتی به منظور تشخیص و درمان در سیستم بهداشتی و درمانی می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین میزان شیوع عفونت های انگلی روده ای و عوامل خطر ساز مربوطه در بین دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان اشنویه می باشد. در این مطالعه ی توصیفی -مقطعی، 480 نفر دانش آموز 7-13 ساله از 6 مدرسه به روش خوشه ای و تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. نمونه های مدفوع تهیه شده، با روش های گسترش مرطوب و رسوبی فرمالین -اتر مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. از 480 دانش آموز مورد مطالعه، 110 نفر (22/9درصد) آلوده به انگل های روده ای بوده اند. از نظر شیوع تک یاخته های روده ای، به ترتیب ژیاردیا لامبلیا در 88 مورد (3/18 درصد)، بلاستوسیستیس هومینیس در 37 مورد (7/7 درصد)، آنتامبا کولی در 31 مورد (6/4 درصد) و یدآمبا بوتچلی در 3 مورد (0/6 درصد) تشخیص داده شدند. از نظر شیوع کرم های روده ای، انتروبیوس ورمیکولاریس در 45 مورد (3/9 درصد) تشخیص داده شد. این مطالعه نشان می دهد که میزان شیوع عفونت های انگلی در مدارس ابتدایی بالا بوده، بنابراین آموزش بهداشت در زمینه ی بهداشت فردی به دانش آموزان و والدین، به ویژه مادران ضرورت می یابد.

investigating the prevalence of intestinal parasitic infections among primary school students in oshnavieh city in 2022

intestinal parasitic infections are common diseases in children, especially in schools. investigating and determining the contamination of students with these infections at different degrees in rural and urban areas is one of the research priorities for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment in the healthcare system. the purpose of this study is to determine the prevalence of intestinal parasitic infections and related risk factors among elementary school students in oshnavieh city. in this cross-sectional descriptive study, 480 students aged 7-13 from 6 schools were selected by simple random cluster method. prepared stool samples were tested by wet diffusion and formalin-ether sedimentation methods. out of 480 students studied, 110 (22.9%) were infected with intestinal parasites. in terms of the prevalence of intestinal protozoa, giardia lamblia in 88 cases (18.3%), blastocystis hominis in 37 cases (7.7%), entamoeba coli in 31 cases (6.4%) and iodamoeba butschili in 3 cases (0.6 %), were diagnosed. in terms of the prevalence of intestinal worms, enterobius vermicularis was diagnosed in 45 cases (9.3%). this study shows that the prevalence of parasitic infections in elementary schools is high, so health education in the field of personal hygiene is necessary for students and parents, especially mothers.
