مولکول‌های زیست‌فعال جدید با منشا باکتریایی: چالش‌های تولید در مرحله آزمایشگاهی

امروزه، استفاده مولکول‌های زیست‌فعال یکی از راهبردهای اساسی برای محدود کردن بیماری‌های عفونی و غیرعفونی است. علاوه بر ایجاد عفونت و بیماری در بین موجودات مختلف از گیاهان، جانوران و قارچ‌ها، بخشی از دنیای وسیع میکروبی برای محدود کردن جوامع ریزموجودات نزدیک و بقای خود، مولکول‌های زیست فعال متنوعی را تولید می‌کنند. استفاده از این مولکول‌ها تحت عناوین ترکیبات ضد باکتری، ضد قارچ، سموم سلولی و ضد ویروس، امروزه بخش جدایی ناپذیر از درمان است. تغییرات هم در عفونت‌زاها (پدید آمدن ریزموجودات مقاوم به دارو)، و هم در میزبان‌ها (تغییرات کمی و کیفی)، سبب نیاز به مولکول‌های زیست‌فعال جدید با توانایی‌های ویژه و نو می‌شود. در اینجا مشکلات پیش روی غربالگری برای کشف مولکول‌های جدید، تولید و جداسازی و بویژه تعیین عملکرد آنها در سلول‌های میزبان، نقش ابزار و مواد آزمایشگاهی و همچنین موقعیت ابزارهای بیوانفورماتیکی در ایران بررسی شده و راه‌های غلبه بر این مشکلات از جمله ایجاد مدل‌ها در آزمایشگاه مورد بحث قرار می‌گیرد.v

new bioactive molecules from bacteria: the challenges of production in laboratory

today, the bioactive molecules-based strategies are used to control infectious and non-infectious diseases. in addition to causing infection in different organisms from plants, animals and fungi, the vast microbe’s world, produce a variation of bioactive molecules to limit the neighbor microbial communities leading to survival. the use of bioactive molecules known as antibacterial, antifungal, cytotoxins and antiviral compounds is an integral part of therapy . changes in both, pathogens (drug-resistant microorganisms) and hosts (quantitative and qualitative changes) bring a need for new bioactive molecules with new and specific features to treat diseases. problems in discovering new molecules by screening, their production, purification and mode of action in iran, on the other hand, the role of laboratory equipment’s and materials as well as the bioinformatics tools are discussed here. moreover, it is talked over the ways to overcome the problems including creating laboratory models .
