evaluation of cryptosporidium parasite infection and trichostrongylous in children catch diarrhea in larestan in 2022

Group of parasites؛ have particular importance as a common human and animal disease. these parasites on those who are deal with animal are caused acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders. these digestive disorders, scale down growth and will have several problems. this research has been done with the aim of identify and treat and maintain infected children and promoting their health. in this study that conducted in the method of cross-sectional, 653 stool samples of kindergarten children in different cities that were selected in cluster - random method, were collected. among these؛ 127 stool samples that has had watery state, and diarrhea were isolated and studied and tested using modified zyl nelson stained. study stool samples of children with diarrhea؛ showed cryptosporidium infection in five patients (9 / 3%). trichostrongylous parasites were seen in three patients (3 / 2%) children. statistical test didn t show any significant relationship between the two cryptosporidium infection and trichostrongylous and life near animal and parental employment. (x2=2.43, p>0.05) cryptosporidium are reported to be more in children surrounding animal. but in this study the connection didn’t prove. probably؛ sampling time (autumn and winter) and low number of samples in these results have been effective. however, this parasite؛ as a potential risk for children has special importance and larger studies should be done in this area.
