   investigation of the histopathological indicators changes of hydrogel based on hyaluronic acid containing arnebia euchroma extract nano-liposomes on infectious burn wound healing in rats

چکیده    The present study, the effect of hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel containing arnebia euchroma -loaded nanostructured lipid carriers on the healing of infected burn wounds in rats was investigated. a total of 24 male wistar albino rats (48 wounds) were randomly divided into 6 groups of 8 wounds each: zinc oxide ointment, negative control group, hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel containing arnebia euchroma -loaded nanostructured lipid carrier (treatment group), empty nanoliposom, hydroalcoholic extract group, and hyaluronic acid group. initially, the rats were anesthetized and flanks regions of each rat were shaved. subsequently, a 1 cm diameter, 100-gram copper cylinder at 100°c was applied to the skin without any pressure, resulting in a second-degree burn. on the day following burn induction, the burn area was infected with pseudomonas aeruginosa and bandaged for 48 hours. treatment was initiated on subsequent days. on days 9 and 15, half of each group was euthanized, and skin samples were collected. various histopathological parameters, including inflammation severity, granulation tissue formation, collagen content, epidermal regeneration, and the number of revascularization, were evaluated. although the treatment group showed a relative improvement in some histopathological parameters compared to other groups, statistically significant differences were not observed for most of these parameters between the treatment group and the other groups.
