چکیده

This paper explores the growing impact of artificial intelligence (ai) on the field of veterinary surgery. the purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how artificial intelligence can refine these methods and achieve superior outcomes by demonstrating how endoscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery are modern surgical techniques. in this study, keywords such as artificial intelligence, veterinary surgery, and surgery were search at the google scholar, pubmed, and sciencedirect. all considered studies published between 2020 and 2024. the introduction of artificial intelligence (ai) into veterinary surgery has the potential to enhance veterinary education, improve diagnostic accuracy, improve disease treatment, foster collaboration between veterinarians, and ultimately provide better care to animals. ai allows for more accurate surgical outcomes predictions, remote patient monitoring, and even a deeper understanding of animal emotions and behaviors. as the fourth industrial revolution began, advances in virtual reality (vr), augmented reality (ar), and the metaverse accelerated technological advancements in healthcare. the use of these technologies provides new opportunities for surgical procedures, patient education, and treatment. in conclusion, ai holds immense potential to transform veterinary surgery and significantly improve animal health and welfare. a convergence of computer simulations and the metaverse is transforming the medical and veterinary fields. in this convergence, health care, education, and research are profoundly affected.
