رهیافتی نو در اثبات تاثیر مراتب وجودی امام بر حکم علم و فعل ایشان (پاسخی حدیثی به چالش تنافی فعل و علم امام به شهادت)

چگونگی رابطه علم و فعل امام از مسائل مهم اعتقادی شیعه است. روایات تاریخی در مواردی(مانند علم برخی ائمه به چگونگی شهادت و در معرض قرار گرفتن برای شهادت) تنافی ظاهری فعل ایشان با برخی احکام مسلّم اسلامی (مانند حرمت قتل نفس) را نتیجه می‎دهد. عدم جامعیت پژوهش‌های موجود برای برون‎رفت از این تنافی و مخالفت با برخی اصول مسلّم اعتقادی و فقهی شیعه، دستیابی به نظریه صحیح در موضوع مذکور را ضروری می‌سازد. تحقیق حاضر برپایه روش توصیفی تحلیلی مبتنی بر روایات شیعی در تلاش است براساس رابطه میان مراتب وجودی و علم و فعل امام، تنافی فوق‌الذکر را رفع نماید. یافته‎ها نشان می‎دهد که حل تنافی مذکور به کشف کیفیت تاثیر مراتب وجودی امام بر حکم مترتب بر علم و فعل امام وابسته است. برخلاف اقرار عدّه‎ای که قیام امام حسین(ع) را صرفا بر اساس علم مرتبه نوری و الهی می‌دانند، صحیح این است که این علم به طرق عادی نیز ثابت شده است، لکن نمی‎توان توجیهی را که برای اقدام برخی امامان به شهادت گفته شده است، نسبت به اقدام امام حسین(ع) بیان نمود، یعنی فعل امام از جهت الهی متعلَّق تکلیف نیست و از جهت بشری متعلَّق تکلیف است.

a new approach in proving the influence of the imam's existence levels on the judgment of his knowledge and actions (a hadith answer to the challenge of contradicting the imam's act and knowledge of martyrdom)

the relationship between the imam's knowledge and actions is a significant issue within shia belief. historical narrations sometimes reveal apparent contradictions between the actions of certain imams and some islamic principles, such as the sanctity of suicide, particularly regarding their knowledge of martyrdom and the circumstances surrounding it. the existing research lacks comprehensiveness, highlighting the need for a coherent theory to resolve these contradictions and align with islamic religious and jurisprudential principles . this study employs a descriptive-analytical method grounded in shia traditions to address the aforementioned conflict by exploring the relationship between the imam's existential levels and his knowledge and actions. the findings indicate that resolving this conflict relies on understanding how the imam's existential status influences the interpretation of his knowledge and actions . contrary to the views of some researchers who argue that imam hussain's (a.s.) rise was solely based on divine light and knowledge, it is essential to acknowledge that this knowledge can also be demonstrated through conventional means. however, it remains challenging to justify the martyrdom of certain imams in relation to imam hussain's (a.s.) actions. specifically, the imam's actions are not necessarily dictated by divine obligation but rather by a human perspective of duty .
