راهبردهای موازنه نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مقابله با طرح ایالات متحده آمریکا جهت عادی‌سازی روابط رژیم صهیونیستی با اعراب

تحولات اخیر غرب آسیا نشان‌دهنده دگرگونی در الگوهای ائتلاف‌سازی منطقه‌ای و چرخش کشورهای عربی به‌سوی عادی‌سازی روابط با رژیم صهیونیستی  است؛ روندی که با ابتکار «صلح ابراهیم» آغاز شد و ابعاد ژئوپلیتیکی منطقه را به‌شدت تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. این روند، با پیوستن کشورهایی چون امارات متحده عربی، بحرین، سودان و مراکش، به‌مثابه راهبردی مشترک در مقابله با نفوذ منطقه‌ای جمهوری اسلامی ایران تعریف می‌شود و بیانگر تلاش ایالات متحده برای بازطراحی نظم امنیتی غرب آسیا در قالب یک محور نوین عربی-عبری و در چارچوب موازنه فراساحلی از سوی آمریکا است. در چنین بستری، پرسش اصلی این مقاله آن است که جمهوری اسلامی ایران از چه راهبردهایی برای اعمال «موازنه نرم» در برابر این ائتلاف احتمالی نوظهور بهره می‌گیرد و این مولفه‌ها چگونه می‌توانند در تضعیف روند عادی سازی روابط رژیم صهیونیستی با اعراب نقش‌آفرین باشند؟ یافته‌های این پژوهش که مبتنی بر رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی و با بهره‌گیری از روش مطالعه اسنادی انجام شده است نشان می‌دهد که جمهوری اسلامی ایران با به‌کارگیری راهبردهای مشروعیت‌زدایی از رژیم صهیونیستی، دیپلماسی چندلایه، حمایت از گروه‌های مقاومت و تاکتیک «دیپلماسی گیرانداختن»، تلاش می‌کند از طریق موازنه نرم، روند عادی‌سازی روابط کشورهای عربی با رژیم صهیونیستی را با چالش مواجه سازد.

the islamic republic of iran’s soft balancing strategies in countering the united states’ plan to normalize the zionist regime’s relations with the arabs

recent developments in the middle east indicate a shift in regional coalition-building patterns and a shift by arab countries toward normalizing relations with israel; a process that began with the &abraham peace initiative& and has greatly affected the geopolitical dimensions of the region. this process, with the joining of countries such as the united arab emirates, bahrain, sudan, and morocco is defined as a joint strategy to counter the regional influence of the islamic republic of iran and reflects the united states’ efforts to redesign the middle east security order in the form of a new arab-hebrew axis. in such a context, the main question of this article is what components does the islamic republic of iran use to implement a &soft balance& against this emerging hegemony, and how can these components play a role in weakening the normalization process? the research findings show that the islamic republic of iran, by employing strategies of delegitimizing the zionist regime, multi-layered diplomacy, supporting resistance groups, and the tactic of &entrapment diplomacy,& has been able to challenge the process of normalizing relations between arab countries and the zionist regime through soft balancing. the research method is qualitative and descriptive-analytical analysis with a review of library resources and case studies.
