بررسی تاثیر سیاست‌های نفتی و تحریمی آمریکا بر تولید نفت ایران: رهیافت ardl

منطقه خلیج‌فارس به‌ دلیل برخورداری از منابع غنی انرژی و موقعیت ژئوپلیتیکی و راهبردی، همواره کانون تمرکز قدرت‌های جهانی به‌ویژه ایالات متحده آمریکا بوده است. در این میان، تولید و صادرات نفت آمریکا و همچنین تحریم‌های اقتصادی اعمال‌شده علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران، از مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر بر بازار جهانی نفت و وضعیت تولید نفت ایران به شمار می‌آیند. لذا هدف این پژوهش، بررسی و تحلیل تاثیر سیاست‌های نفتی و تحریمی آمریکا بر تولید نفت ایران است که بدین منظور، از روش اقتصادسنجی مدل خود رگرسیون با وقفه‌های توزیعی (ardl) و داده‌های سالانه طی دوره 1965 تا 2023 استفاده شده است. نتایج مدل ardl نشان می‌دهد که تحریم‌های آمریکا در کوتاه‌مدت تاثیر منفی معناداری بر تولید نفت ایران داشته‌اند، اما در میان‌مدت و بلندمدت، این اثرات به‌واسطه سیاست‌های تطبیقی، کاهش یافته یا حتی خنثی شده‌اند. همچنین افزایش تولید و صادرات نفت آمریکا به طور ساختاری موجب محدودسازی تولید نفت ایران از مسیر کاهش سهم بازار می‌شود. در مقابل، صادرات نفت ایران نقش کلیدی و مثبت در افزایش تولید داخلی داشته و وابستگی شدیدی میان این دو متغیر وجود دارد. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند به سیاست‌گذاران در تدوین راهبردهای مقاوم‌سازی صنعت نفت و حفظ جایگاه ایران در بازار جهانی انرژی کمک کند.

examining the impact of u.s. oil and sanction policies on iran’s oil production: an ardl approach

the persian gulf region, due to its abundant energy resources and strategic geopolitical position, has consistently been a focal point for global powers, particularly the united states. among the key factors influencing the global oil market and iran’s oil production are u.s. oil production and exports, as well as the economic sanctions imposed on iran. this study aims to examine the impact of u.s. sanctions and oil-related developments on iran’s oil production. to this end, the autoregressive distributed lag (ardl) econometric model was employed, using annual data for the period 1965 to 2023the ardl model results indicate that u.s. sanctions have had a significant negative impact on iran’s oil production in the short term. however, these effects have diminished or been mitigated in the medium and long term through adaptive policies. furthermore, the increase in u.s. oil production and exports has constrained iran’s oil production by reducing its market share. conversely, iran’s oil exports have played a critical and positive role in boosting domestic production, indicating a strong dependency between the two variables. the findings of this research can assist policymakers in formulating strategies to strengthen the resilience of iran’s oil industry and maintain the country’s position in the global energy market.keywords: iran’s oil production, oil exports, u.s. sanctions, global oil market, ardl model
