بررسی و تحلیل چالش‌های کلان فرهنگی ایالات متحده آمریکا و رهیافت‌های تمدنی آن

آمریکای کنونی نه صرفاً یک کشور بلکه در حقیقت صورت تمدنی جهان غرب در عصر حاضر می باشد و جمهوری اسلامی ایران که داعیه‌دار ایجاد تمدن نوینی در جهان است برای گذار از تمدن رایج فعلی یعنی تمدن غرب می بایست در گام نخست آن را به درستی بشناسد و شناخت باطن یک تمدن از طریق آگاهی به فرهنگ آن امکان‌پذیر است. از این رو، هدف از این پژوهش، شناخت وضعیت و چالش‌های کلان فرهنگی آمریکا، به ­عنوان موتور محرک سایر عرصه های تمدنی (سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و امنیتی) می باشد. لذا در راستای این هدف، کتاب های 15 نفر از صاحب نظران این حوزه که دارای بالاترین نمره در وب‌سایت های goodreads و librarything می‌باشد مبتنی بر رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده ذیل مفهوم فراگیری تحت عنوان وضعیت کلان فرهنگی ایالات متحده و مبتنی بر 111 کد استخراج شده، 24 مضمون پایه و 3 مضمون اصلی و سازمان‌دهنده یعنی: وضعیت‌ چالش‌های فرهنگی– تمدنی جامعه آمریکا، ایده فکری این کشور در حوزه فرهنگ و آینده فرهنگ آن شناسایی شد. باتوجه به شاخص های کلان بدست­ آمده از جامعه و فرهنگ آمریکا، به نظر می­‌رسد این کشور دچار بحران‌های بزرگی است که در صورت برطرف نشدن این چالش‌ها، معضلات جامعه آمریکا تشدید خواهد شد. عاملی که تاکنون مانع شده تا این بحران‌ها فرهنگ آمریکا را به سوی فروپاشی سوق دهد، علاقه به تغییری است که در ذات فرهنگ ایالات متحده شکل گرفته است.

a study and analysis of the major cultural challenges of the united states and its civilizational approaches

contemporary america is not merely a nation-state but rather the civilizational embodiment of the modern western world. the islamic republic of iran, which aspires to establish a new global civilization, must first understand the dominant current civilization- namely western civilization- in order to surpass it. understanding the essence of a civilization begins with a deep comprehension of its culture. therefore, this research aims to explore the status and major cultural challenges of the united states as the driving force behind other civilizational domains (political, economic, social, and security). to achieve this objective, the books of 15 leading scholars in this field- with the highest ratings on platforms such as goodreads and librarything- were analyzed through a descriptive-analytical approach using thematic analysis methodology. based on the results, under the overarching concept of &the macro- cultural state of the united states,& and drawing from 111 extracted codes, 24 basic themes and three major organizing themes were identified: (1) the cultural-civilizational challenges of american society, (2) the nation’s intellectual ideas in the field of culture, and (3) the future of american culture. according to the identified macro indicators of american society and culture, it appears that the u.s. is facing serious cultural crises. if unresolved, these challenges are likely to intensify the societal problems facing the country. what has so far prevented the collapse of american culture, however, is the intrinsic inclination toward change that is embedded in the american cultural fabric.
