پیامدهای گسترش حضور لاتین‌ تباران در فرهنگ و سیاست آمریکا

افزایش شتاب مهاجرت لاتین ‌تباران به ایالات متحده به سبب تفاوت‌های هویتی میان این گروه انسانی با سفیدپوستان حاکم، نگرانی‌هایی از جمله پایبندی دینی آن‌ها به کاتولیسیسم سنتی، پیوند جمعی آن‌ها و زندگی در کلونی‌های جداگانه، حفظ زبان گذشته، نرخ باروری بالا، پیوند با موطن اولیه خود و تلاش فعالان اجتماعی و سیاسیِ لاتین‌تبار برای رسیدن به کرسی‌های ایالتی و فدرال را برانگیخته است. برخی از ناظران و تحلیل‌گران به جذب آن‌ها در فرهنگ سیاسی حاکم امیدوارند و برخی دیگر نیز از گسترش شکاف نژادی و اضافه شدن لاتین‌تباران به جبهه سیاه‌پوستان به‌عنوان طلیعه فروپاشی ایالات متحده یاد می‌کنند. پرسش مقاله حاضر چنین است که چه سناریوهایی برای تغییر و تحولات فرهنگی و سیاسی در آمریکایِ دهه 2020 میلادی بر اثر افزایش حضور لاتین‌تباران قابل ترسیم است؟ در چه شرایطی یک ظرفیت جدید برای قدرت‌گیری دو حزب حاکم به دست می‌آید و در چه شرایطی تفاوت‌های فرهنگی به منازعات اجتماعی و سیاسی خواهد انجامید؟ گردآوری داده‌ها با مراجعه به منابع موجود و تحلیل آن با روش سناریونویسی آینده‌پژوهانه مبتنی بر توالی رویدادها انجام می‌شود و دست آخر پیامدهای هر یک از آن‌ها در عرصه فرهنگ و سیاست آمریکا تشریح می‌شود. به نظر نگارنده اگرچه راه عقلانی و عملیاتی‌تر، ادغام حداکثری نژادها در یک آمریکای جدید است، اما تداوم روند کنونی به سناریوی فروپاشی اجتماعی و سیاسی میل دارد.

the acceleration of latin immigration to the united states due to identity differences with the ruling whites including their religious adherence to catholicism, their collective bond and living in separate colonies, speaking their particular language, high fertility rate, bond with their original homeland and the efforts of their activists to win state and federal seats has raised concerns. some observers and analysts hope they absorb to the prevailing political culture, while others cite the widening of the racial divide and the addition of latinos to the black front as a prelude to the collapse of the us. our question is: what are the scenarios for cultural and political change in america in the 2020s due to the increasing presence of latinos? under what conditions will a new capacity be gained for the two ruling parties to gain power, and under what circumstances will cultural differences lead to social and political conflicts? data collection is done by referring to existing sources and analyzing it by futuristic scenario writing method of consecutive events, and finally the consequences of each of them in the field of us culture and politics are explained. in author’s view, although the more rational and practical way is to maximize racial integration in a new america, the continuation of the current trend tends to lead to a scenario of social and political collapse.
