لایه‌بندی اخراج آمریکا از خلیج فارس

در این مقاله پس از تعریف مفهوم «اخراج» و تعیین مصادیق آن، به موضوع نحوۀ حضور آمریکا در منطقه خلیج فارس پرداخته می شود. پس از خروج رسمی انگلستان از خلیج فارس در سال 1972 میلادی، ایالات متحده آمریکا به‌عنوان قدرت برتر در این منطقه حضور پیدا کرد. این حضور در ابعاد و سطوح مختلفی ظهور و بروز یافت و پس از جنگ تحمیلی رژیم صدام علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران، در قالب حضور حداکثری ناوگان نظامی آمریکا در این پهنه آبی به اوج رسید. مقاله حاضر با طرح این بحث که در صورت تحقق موضوع اخراج آمریکا از خلیج فارس، نحوه و ماهیت این خروج بستگی تامی به نحوۀ حضور آمریکا در منطقه و به‌ویژه کشورهای حاشیه جنوبی آن خواهد داشت، تلاش می‌کند به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که اخراج آمریکا از منطقه خلیج فارس چه لایه‌ها و سطوحی را در بر خواهد گرفت. در پاسخ به این پرسش، لایه‌بندی سه گانه حضور آمریکا در منطقه شامل حضور نظامی، هژمونی فرهنگی و حضور به‌مثابه پشتیبان نظام های سیاسی منطقه موردبحث قرار خواهد گرفت و مشخص خواهد شد که اخراج آمریکا از منطقه تابعی از لایه بندی سه گانه فوق خواهد بود و هرگونه برنامه ریزی برای بیرون راندن آمریکا از منطقه باید بر اساس سطوح سه گانه فوق طراحی شود و به مرحله اجرا درآید.

in this article, after defining the concept of expulsion and determining its examples, the issue of the us presence in the persian gulf region is discussed. after britain withdrew from the persian gulf in 1972, the united states emerged as the dominant power in the region. this presence emerged in various dimensions and levels and reached its peak after the war imposed by saddam’s regime against the islamic republic of iran in the form of the maximum presence of the us military in this water area. the present article seeks to answer the question, &what are the layers and levels of us expulsion from the persian gulf region?& it should be said that in case of us expulsion from the persian gulf, the manner and nature of this withdrawal will depend entirely on the us presence in the region, especially in its southern margin. answering the question, the thre fold layers of the us presence in the region, including military presence, cultural hegemony, and presence as a supporter of the region’s political systems, will be discussed. in fact, the expulsion of the united states from the region will be a function of the above three layers, and any plan to expel the united states from the region must be designed and implemented based on the above three levels.
