تحلیلی بر ماهیت احتضار سرمایه‌داری و افول قدرت اقتصادی آمریکا

اقتصاد آمریکا یک نظام سرمایه‌داری است و تحلیل سیستماتیک اقتصاد این کشور، فارغ از تحلیل نظام سرمایه‌داری امکان‌پذیر نیست. هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی ویژگی‌های خاص نظام سرمایه‌داری در تطبیق با مولفه‌های اقتصاد کلان آمریکاست و نیز پاسخ به این سوال که آیا می‌توان با توجه به ماهیت‌های ذاتی نظام سرمایه‌داری، احتضار این نظام و افول اقتصاد آمریکا را نتیجه گرفت؟ نتایج تحقیق دلالت بر آن دارد که از بُعد شاخص‌های کلان اقتصادی، تکیه بر سرمایه‌داری لیبرال باعث شده اقتصاد آمریکا مسیر رشد خود را استمرار دهد، اما از ابعاد مختلفی نیز دچار افول نسبتاً شدیدی شده است. کاهش سهم اقتصاد آمریکا از تولید جهانی از 21 درصد به 15 درصد و قدرت گرفتن رقبای این کشور مانند چین با تصاحب سهم 17 درصدی در سال 2019، از دست دادن رتبه یک اقتصادی جهان و واگذاری آن به چین از سال 2016، افزایش نابرابری‌های اقتصادی و نیز چرخه‌های تجاری بحران‌زا که از هر ده سال رخ می‌دهد، اقتصاد آمریکا را در معرض تهدیدات جدی و افول نسبتاً شدیدی قرار داده است. بدون تردید افول قدرت اقتصادی آمریکا امری تحقق یافته است و استمرار این روند در سال‌های آتی‌ اقتصاد آمریکا را در وضع نامناسب‌تری قرار خواهد داد. از طرفی با افزایش نابرابری‌ها و ذات بحران‌زای نظام سرمایه‌داری و وقوع بحران‌های پی‌در‌پی، فروپاشی اقتصاد آمریکا هرچند محتمل است، اما زمان دقیقی برای آن قابل‌تصور نیست و دخالت عامل انسانی در اقتصاد، همانند دولت می‌تواند این امر را دچار تسریع، تاخیر یا اصلاً نجات‌دهنده باشد.

the american economy is based on capitalist system, and a systematic analysis of the american economy is not possible apart from the analysis of the capitalism. the main purpose of this article is to examine the specific features of the capitalist system in adapting to the components of american macroeconomics and to answer the question of whether, given the inherent nature of the capitalist system, declining of the american economy can be concluded? the results of the study indicate that in terms of macroeconomic indicators, reliance on liberal capitalism has caused the us economy to continue its growth path, but in various dimensions to decline relatively sharply. the us economy is shrinking from 21percent to 15 percent, and competitors like china are gaining strength by gaining a 17 percent stake in2019, losing a global economy and ceding it to china in2016, increasing economic inequalities also, the critical business cycles that occur every ten years have exposed the us economy to serious threats and a relatively sharp decline. there is no doubt that the decline of american economic power has taken place, and the continuation of this trend in the coming years will put the us economy in a worse position. on the other hand, with the increase of inequalities and the critical nature of the capitalist system and the occurrence of successive crises, the collapse of the us economy is possible, but the exact time is inconceivable and human intervention in the economy (such as government) can accelerate, prevent this or delay.
