بررسی دیپلماسی فرهنگی چین در برابر آمریکای در حال افول

دیپلماسی فرهنگی به عنوان یکی از ابزارهای تحقق قدرت نرم کشورها، از مقولاتی است که امروز مورد توجه بسیاری از بازیگران نظام بین‏الملل قرار دارد. در همین ارتباط دیپلماسی فرهنگی به عنوان یک راهبرد، نه تنها امری در خدمت تامین منافع سیاسی و اقتصادی کشور چین که از حیثی مهم‌تر به مثابه عاملی شکل‏ دهنده به تصویر بین‏‌المللی این کشور در دوران جدید است. پژوهش حاضر از منظر یاد شده بر ارائه تصویری از نگاه چینی به آینده جهان و نوع راهبردهای فرهنگی این قدرت جهانی متمرکز است. این نوشتار به عنوان یک تحقیق توسعه‌‏ای مبتنی بر رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی و روش اسنادی و با استفاده از ابزار و داده‏‌های کتابخانه‌‏ای در پی پاسخگویی به این سوال بر می‏‌آید که: آیا با تحلیل مختصات راهبردی دیپلماسی فرهنگی چین، می‌‏توان به این نتیجه دست یافت که پکن راهبرد رویارویی فرهنگی با آمریکای رو به افول را در دستور کار خویش قرار داده است؟ نتایج مقاله حاکی از آن است که نگاه چین به مساله افول آمریکا با قرائت عمومی از این موضوع متفاوت است و چینیان جهان آینده را در فضایی چندقطبی تصویر می‌‏کنند که آمریکا در آن به عنوان یکی از قطب‏‌های تاثیرگذار به ایفای نقش می‏‌پردازد.

cultural diplomacy, as one of the tools for achieving the soft power of countries, is an issue that is currently receiving a lot of attention from international system players. in this context, cultural diplomacy as a strategy is not only serving the political and economic interests of china but more importantly shaping the international image of this country in the new era. this research focuses on presenting a perspective on china's view of the future world and the types of cultural strategies of this global power. this article, as a development-based research with a descriptive-analytical approach, usingdocumentary methods and library data, seeks to answer the question: by analysing the strategic coordinates of china's cultural diplomacy, can it beconcluded that beijing has put the cultural confrontation strategy with america in decline on its agenda? the results of the article indicate that china's perspective on america's decline differs from a general reading of the situation, and the chinese envision the future world in a multipolar space where america plays a role as one of the influential poles.
