ارزیابی مولفه‌های کلیدی قدرت اقتصادی داخلی و بین‌المللی آمریکا و تغییرات آن طی سال‌های (2020-1970)

در حالی که بسیاری از اندیشمندان معاصر، با تکیه بر شواهد میدانی و اسنادی،‌ افول قدرت اقتصادی آمریکا را امری تحقق یافته می‌دانند، برخی دیگر آن را انکار کرده و یا اینکه آن را نوعی بزرگ‌نمایی و ساده‌انگاری تلقی کرده‌اند. تکثر آراء و دیدگاه‌های معارض در خصوص روند قدرت اقتصادی آمریکا سبب شده است که یک بررسی جامع در خصوص مولفه‌های کلیدی قدرت اقتصادی داخلی و بین‌المللی آمریکا و ارزیابی آن در طول زمان لازم آید. پژوهش حاضر ضمن ارزیابی و شناسایی مولفه‌های کلیدی قدرت اقتصادی آمریکا، به این سوال پاسخ می‌دهد که آیا قدرت اقتصادی آمریکا در 50 سال منتهی به 2020 دچار افول شده است؟ روش مورد استفاده برای شناسایی مولفه‌های قدرت اقتصادی، تحلیل محتوا و روش ارزیابی تحولات آن در طول زمان تحلیل آماری است. نتایج به دست آمده نشان می‌دهد که قدرت اقتصادی یک مفهوم چندبعدی است که شامل مولفه‌های متعددی می‌شود و در این میان تمایز میان قدرت نسبی و قدرت مطلق امری ضروری است. نتایج تحلیل آماری دلالت بر شواهد جدی و مبرهن بر افول قدرت نسبی آمریکا در سطح ملی و بین‌الملل دارد، اما قدرت مطلق آمریکا تابعی از درجه اهمیت و اوزان اختصاص یافته به‌متغیرهایی است که برای سنجش قدرت اقتصادی به‌کار می‌روند. بر این اساس هر چند قدرت نسبی آمریکا با افول شدیدی مواجه شده است، اما هنوز اقتصاد آمریکا یکی از اقتصادهای پیشرو و قدرتمند جهانی است که به‌دلیل مخاطره‌هایی از جمله نابرابری‌های اقتصادی، بحران‌های پی‌درپی و ورود رقبای جدید در عرصه جهانی به‌سرعت در معرض افول قرار دارد.

while many contemporary thinkers, relying on field and documentary evidence, consider the decline of america's economic power as a reality, some others have denied it or considered it a kind of exaggeration and simplistic. the plurality of opinions and opposing views regarding the trend of american economic power has caused a comprehensive review of the key components of the domestic and international economic power of america and its evaluation over time. while evaluating and identifying the key components of america's economic power, this research answers the question of whether america's economic power has declined in the 50 years leading to 2020. the method used to identify the components of economic power is content analysis and the method of evaluating its changes over time is statistical analysis. the obtained results show that economic power is a multidimensional concept that includes several components, and it is necessary to distinguish between relative power and absolute power. the results of the statistical analysis indicate serious evidence of the decline of the relative power of the united states at the national and international level, but the absolute power of the united states is a function of the degree of importance and weights assigned to the variables used to measure economic power. therefore, although the relative power of america has faced a sharp decline, the american economy is still one of the leading and powerful economies in the world, which is subject to rapid decline due to risks such as economic inequalities, successive crises, and the entry of new competitors in the worldwide.
