مطالعه تحلیلی ضرورت وحدت و هم زیستی مسالمت آمیز پیروان مذاهب اسلامی طبق قاعده فقهی احترام مسلمان

وحدت و همدلی میان مسلمانان و زندگی مسالمت آمیز آنان در کنار یکدیگر، دغدغه همه صاحب نظرانِ دلسوزِ مسلمان بوده و است اما بحث های مطرح شده درباره وحدت از سوی  اندیشمندان اثر گذار و بلکه حتی فقهاء و علمای دینی در بسیاری از موارد، در فضایی غیرفقهی و با ادبیاتی صرفاً اصلاحی- اجتماعی، شکل گرفته است. نگاه به این مساله و ضرورت آن از منظر فقهی - برخلاف نگاه اجتماعی غیرفقهی که برای آن افقی فراتر از توصیه و تحسینِ وحدت و تبیین ضرورت آن متصور نیست- این ظرفیت را دارد که مساله وحدت و هم زیستی مسالمت آمیز را در سطحی بالاتر از توصیه و تحسین در جوامع اسلامی مطرح نماید. خصوصاً برخورداری مساله وحدت گریزی -که پیوسته از شکاف های میان فرق اسلامی، قوت می گیرد- از هویت فقهی در کنار ماهیت اعتقادی، این ضرورت را ایجاب می نماید که مساله وحدت و همزیستی مسالمت آمیز در فضایی قدرتمندتر و موثرتر مطرح شود تا توان کنار زدن دیدگاههای وحدت گریزانه را داشته باشد و به نظر تحلیل و واکاوی مساله وحدت از منظر فقه و کنکاش برای یافتن حکم فقهی آن (وجوب، حرمت و ...) بر اساس قاعده احترام مسلمان، از این جایگاه و توان برخوردار است.
