استفاده از بلاک‌چین در تدوین استراتژی‌های سازمانی: چشم‌انداز جدید امنیت و شفافیت

این تحقیق به بررسی نقش بلاک‌چین در تدوین استراتژی‌های سازمانی و تاثیر آن بر امنیت و شفافیت فرآیندهای استراتژیک می‌پردازد. با توجه به چالش‌های موجود در مدیریت استراتژیک و پیچیدگی‌های اطلاعاتی، استفاده از بلاک‌چین به‌عنوان یک فناوری نوین، امکان ایجاد یک سیستم شفاف، غیرمتمرکز و امن را فراهم می‌کند که می‌تواند به بهبود فرآیندهای تصمیم‌گیری، کاهش ریسک‌ها و ارتقاء امنیت داده‌ها در سازمان‌ها کمک کند. در این پژوهش، با توجه به تحلیل داده‌های اولیه و ارزیابی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌ها، پیشنهاداتی برای پیاده‌سازی بلاک‌چین در استراتژی‌های سازمانی ارائه شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهند که بلاک‌چین به‌عنوان یک فناوری تحول‌آفرین در دنیای دیجیتال، قابلیت‌های زیادی برای بهبود عملکرد سازمان‌ها در زمینه‌های مختلف از جمله مدیریت ریسک، امنیت اطلاعات و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای تصمیم‌گیری استراتژیک دارد. این یافته‌ها همچنین می‌توانند راهکارهایی برای استفاده موثر از بلاک‌چین در سازمان‌ها برای مقابله با چالش‌های محیطی و تغییرات آینده ارائه دهند.

this research examines the role of blockchain in developing organizational strategies and its impact on the security and transparency of strategic processes. considering the challenges in strategic management and information complexities, using blockchain as a new technology enables the creation of a transparent, decentralized, and secure system that can help improve decision-making processes, reduce risks, and enhance data security in organizations. in this research, based on the analysis of primary data and the assessment of challenges and opportunities, suggestions are presented for implementing blockchain in organizational strategies. the research results show that blockchain, as a transformative technology in the digital world, has many capabilities to improve the performance of organizations in various fields, including risk management, information security, and optimization of strategic decision-making processes. these findings can also provide solutions for the effective use of blockchain in organizations to deal with environmental challenges and future changes.
