ارائه مدل جامع نوآوری باز در سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان: ترکیب روش‌های کیفی و کمی

هدف این تحقیق ارائه مدل جامع نوآوری باز در سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان با استفاده از ترکیب روش‌های کیفی و کمی است. در دنیای کنونی، سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان نیازمند یک رویکرد نوآورانه و پویا برای ایجاد و مدیریت فرآیندهای نوآوری هستند. در این تحقیق، پس از شناسایی کدهای فرعی و طبقه‌بندی آن‌ها به مضامین اصلی، الگوهای موثر در نوآوری باز به‌ویژه در ارتباط با فرهنگ سازمانی، فناوری‌های نوین، و فرآیندهای تصمیم‌گیری شناسایی شد. این تحقیق همچنین تاثیرات نوآوری باز بر رشد و توسعه سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان و اهمیت همکاری‌های خارجی در ایجاد نوآوری‌های موثر را مورد بررسی قرار داد. استفاده از ترکیب روش‌های کیفی و کمی در تحلیل داده‌ها باعث شده تا مدل پیشنهادی با دقت و شفافیت بیشتری طراحی شود. در نتیجه، مدل جامع نوآوری باز به‌عنوان یک راهکار استراتژیک، می‌تواند به سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان کمک کند تا از ظرفیت‌های بیرونی بهره‌برداری کرده و به‌طور مستمر فرآیندهای نوآوری را بهبود بخشند. این مدل با تاکید بر تعاملات میان‌سازمانی، به‌ویژه در بخش‌های تحقیق و توسعه، می‌تواند موفقیت‌های چشمگیری در افزایش بهره‌وری و رقابت‌پذیری سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان به ارمغان آورد.

the aim of this research is to provide a comprehensive model of open innovation in knowledge-based organizations using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. in today’s world, knowledge-based organizations require an innovative and dynamic approach to creating and managing innovation processes. in this research, after identifying sub-codes and classifying them into main themes, effective patterns in open innovation were identified, especially in relation to organizational culture, new technologies, and decision-making processes. this research also examined the effects of open innovation on the growth and development of knowledge-based organizations and the importance of external collaborations in creating effective innovations. using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods in data analysis has allowed the proposed model to be designed with greater accuracy and transparency. as a result, the comprehensive open innovation model, as a strategic solution, can help knowledge-based organizations to exploit external capacities and continuously improve innovation processes. by emphasizing inter-organizational interactions, especially in the research and development sectors, this model can bring significant successes in increasing the productivity and competitiveness of knowledge-based organizations.
