ارائه مدل کاربردی شبیه‌سازی سناریوهای استراتژیک در محیط‌های پیچیده: مطالعه موردی صنعت نفت و گاز

در دنیای پیچیده و پویا، سازمان‌ها به‌ویژه در صنایع حساس و استراتژیک، نیاز به تصمیم‌گیری‌های مبتنی بر اطلاعات دقیق و استراتژی‌های بلندمدت دارند. شبیه‌سازی سناریوهای استراتژیک به‌عنوان یک ابزار کارآمد در تحلیل و پیش‌بینی تحولات آینده، نقشی مهم در طراحی استراتژی‌های مقاوم و سازگار ایفا می‌کند. این تحقیق به بررسی اهمیت و کاربرد شبیه‌سازی سناریوهای استراتژیک در محیط‌های پیچیده می‌پردازد و در این راستا مطالعه‌ای موردی از صنعت نفت و گاز ارائه می‌دهد. صنعت نفت و گاز به‌عنوان یکی از صنایع حیاتی، به‌ویژه در کشورهایی با منابع غنی، همواره با چالش‌های متعددی از جمله تغییرات اقتصادی، سیاسی و فناورانه مواجه است. هدف این پژوهش، ارائه یک مدل کاربردی برای شبیه‌سازی سناریوهای استراتژیک در این صنعت است تا از این طریق، به مدیران و تصمیم‌گیرندگان کمک کند تا با استفاده از ابزارهای پیشرفته تحلیل داده و شبیه‌سازی، تصمیمات بهتری اتخاذ کنند. یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان می‌دهند که شبیه‌سازی سناریوها می‌تواند به‌طور موثری عدم‌قطعیت‌ها و ریسک‌های موجود در فرآیندهای استراتژیک را کاهش داده و به سازمان‌ها کمک کند تا به شکل بهینه‌تری با تغییرات پیش‌رو مواجه شوند.

presenting an applied model for simulating strategic scenarios in complex environments: a case study of the oil and gas industry

in a complex and dynamic world, organizations, especially in sensitive and strategic industries, need to make decisions based on accurate information and long term strategies. simulating strategic scenarios, as an efficient tool in analyzing and predicting future developments, plays an important role in designing resilient and adaptive strategies. this research examines the importance and application of simulating strategic scenarios in complex environments and in this regard presents a case study of the oil and gas industry. the oil and gas industry, as one of the vital industries, especially in resource rich countries, is always facing numerous challenges, including economic, political, and technological changes. the aim of this research is to present an applied model for simulating strategic scenarios in this industry, in order to help managers and decision makers make better decisions using advanced data analysis and simulation tools. the findings of this study show that scenario simulation can effectively reduce uncertainties and risks in strategic processes and help organizations to deal with upcoming changes in a more optimal way.
