مدل مهارت مدیران مالی در مدیریت استراتژیک هوشمند: چارچوبی برای ارتقای ارزش سهام شرکتی

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، طراحی مدلی جامع برای ارتقای مهارت مدیران مالی در چارچوب مدیریت استراتژیک هوشمند است؛ الگویی که بتواند به بهبود بلندمدت ارزش سهام شرکت و خلق مزیت رقابتی پایدار بینجامد. شرکت‌های امروزی، در فضای پرتلاطم بازارهای مالی و تحولات مداوم تکنولوژی، نیازمند نگاهی فراتر از محاسبات ایستا و رویکردهای سنتی حسابداری هستند و می‌بایست با اتکا بر مفاهیم هوشمند، داده‌محور و آینده‌نگر، استراتژی‌های مالی خود را شکل دهند. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با تمرکز بر توسعه مهارت‌های ویژه مدیران مالی، سعی دارد تا ساختار و فرایندهایی را شناسایی کند که با کمک فناوری‌های پیشرفته و تحلیل داده، امکان شکل‌دهی رویکردی نظام‌مند و رقابت‌پذیر در تصمیم‌های مالی و سرمایه‌گذاری را فراهم آورد. این تحقیق از نوع کیفی و مبتنی بر تحلیل مضمون است و از طریق مصاحبه‌های هدفمند با مدیران ارشد مالی، کارشناسان خبره مالی و اساتید دانشگاهی حوزه مدیریت استراتژیک انجام گرفته است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که طراحی یک مدل مهارتی برای مدیران مالی در حوزة مدیریت استراتژیک هوشمند، ضمن ایجاد همگرایی در فرایند تصمیم‌گیری مالی و بهره‌مندی اثربخش از اطلاعات محیطی، می‌تواند رفتار مشارکتی را در تیم‌های مالی ارتقا دهد و ساختارهای انگیزشی نوینی را تعریف کند. بدین‌ترتیب، شرکت‌ها قادر خواهند بود، همگام با جلب اعتماد سهامداران و بهبود وضعیت ترازنامه، ارزش سهام خود را نیز در بلندمدت ارتقا داده و بر قابلیت‌های رقابتی خود بیفزایند.

financial managers’ skill model in smart strategic management: a framework for enhancing corporate share value

the main objective of this research is to design a comprehensive model for enhancing financial managers’ skills within the framework of smart strategic management; a model that can lead to long-term improvement in the company’s share value and create a sustainable competitive advantage. today’s companies, in the turbulent environment of financial markets and continuous technological developments, need to look beyond static calculations and traditional accounting approaches and must shape their financial strategies by relying on intelligent, data-driven, and forward-looking concepts. in this regard, the present research, focusing on developing the special skills of financial managers, tries to identify the structure and processes that, with the help of advanced technologies and data analysis, enable the formation of a systematic and competitive approach to financial and investment decisions. this research is qualitative and based on content analysis and was conducted through targeted interviews with senior financial managers, financial experts, and academic professors in the field of strategic management. the findings show that designing a skill model for financial managers in the field of smart strategic management, while creating convergence in the financial decision-making process and effective use of environmental information, can promote collaborative behavior in financial teams and define new motivational structures. in this way, companies will be able to increase their stock value in the long term and increase their competitive capabilities while gaining shareholder trust and improving the balance sheet.
