کاوشی بر مدل تدوین استراتژی در آموزش عالی بر اساس مدل soar

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، کاوشی بر تدوین مدل استراتژی در آموزش عالی و دانشگاه ها می باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش ازنظر نوع، کیفی و ازنظر ماهیت، توصیفی، تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، اساتید و کارشناسان دانشکده های دانشگاه علوم و فنون دریایی خرمشهر و نمونه آماری، اساتید و کارشناسان دانشکده منابع طبیعی دانشگاه علوم و فنون دریایی خرمشهر می باشد. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات این پژوهش از دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی (مصاحبه) استفاده گردیده است. به‌منظور تدوین استراتژی این بخش از چارچوب جامع تدوین استراتژی استفاده‌شده است. این چارچوب از چهار مرحله تشکیل‌شده است که در مرحله شروع، بیانیه دانشکده تعیین گردیده و بعد از آن در مرحله ورودی، ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل خارجی و ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل داخلی آورده شده است. سپس در مرحله تطبیق و توسعه به جای استفاده از ماتریس swot از مدل استراتژیک soar به منظور تعیین نقاط قوت، فرصت، آرمان ها و نتایج استفاده شده است. در پایان در مرحله تصمیم‌گیری با استفاده از ماتریس برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک کمی، گزینه‌های مختلف استراتژی شناسایی‌شده در مرحله تطبیق و مقایسه، مورد ارزیابی و قضاوت قرارگرفته است بر اساس یافته های این به عنوان بهترین استراتژی » استفاده از حمایت دانشگاه جهت انجام پژوهشهای مرتبط با نیاز منطقه « پژوهش برای دانشکده مورد مطالعه انتخاب شد..

exploration on the development strategy model in higher education based on soar model

consistent with industrial organizations, universities and research centers play an important role in the development of communities. universities should lean to have a constructive competition with each other in terms of strategic planning of research, especially in research on their own. the purpose of this study is to exploring the strategy development in higher education and universities.. this study is a qualitative study by using a descriptive-analytical research method. population of this study consists of academic staffs and experts of marine science and technology university of khorramshahr and the research sample is academic staff and experts staffs and experts of marine science faculty in the university. for collection data, library and field study (interview) were used. in order to development a strategy for this part, comprehensive framework strategy has been used. this framework consists of four steps that in the beginning, the mission statement is determined and then at input stage, external factors of evaluation matrix and internal factors evaluation matrix were presented. then in matching stage, swot model was used instead of soar strategic model to determine strengths, opportunities, aspiration and results. at the end of strategic planning, in the decision-making stage, identified different strategic options in matching stage were evaluated and judged by using quantitative strategic planning matrix. the results showed that the best strategy for the studied faculty is as follows: using support of the university in order to do related researches with area needs.
