تاریخ‌نگاری مدیریت آموزشی در ترازوی نقادی

تطور و تکامل مفاهیم و نظریه های علمی در درازای تاریخ صورت می گیرد مدیریت آموزشی به عنوان یک حوزه مطالعاتی از این امر مستثنا نیست؛ بنابراین فهم فراز و فرودهای مفهومی این حوزه نیازمند نگریستن به آن به مثابه امری تاریخی است هدف مقاله حاضر مطالعه نگاشت تاریخی مدیریت آموزشی از مجرای کنکاش نقادانه کتاب تاریخ مدیریت آموزشی از منظر کتب درسی بوده است. به منظور دستیابی به هدف فوق با کاربست روش نقد کتاب از جنبه بیرونی و درونی بررسی شده است. یافته ها حاکی از آن است که کتاب مذکور با وجود برخورداری از ویژگیهای مثبت در پاسخ به پرسشها و اهداف مدنظر دچار کاستیهایی بوده و به طور بایسته نتوانسته است شمایل کاملی از تاریخ مدیریت آموزشی را به تصویر بکشد. مقاله با استخراج درس آموزیهایی به منظور خوشه چینی پژوهشگران داخل کشور از میراث جهانی این حوزه خاتمه یافته است.

a critical approach to histographical of educational administration
