توانمندسازی تدریس معلمان در سایه‌ی سبک رهبری حمایتی مدیران با نقش میانجی تسهیل گری شغلی

شناخت چگونگی حمایت مدیران مدارس از طریق تسهیل گری شغلی در راستای توانمند کردن معلمان در حیطه تدریس یکی از چالش‌های مهم نظام آموزش و پرورش کشور می‌باشد. بر این اساس محقق به بررسی سبک رهبری حمایتی در نقش تسهیلگر شغلی و چگونگی توانمند کردن معلمان مدارس استثنایی استان کردستان پرداخته‌است. در پژوهش از روش کمی از نوع همبستگی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مدارس استثنایی استان کردستان و نمونه آماری با روش تمام شماری شامل تمامی معلمان مدارس استثنایی سطح استان که تعداد آن‌ها 202 نفر است، می‌باشد. ابزار گردآوری شامل سه پرسشنامه (پرسشنامه رهبری حمایتی، پرسشنامه فاکتورهای توانمندی تدریس، پرسشنامه تسهیل‌گری ) که دربرگیرنده اهداف اصلی پژوهش است، می‌باشد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شده است. در بخش آمار توصیفی از میانگین، مد و میانه استفاده‌شده و در بخش آمار استنباطی نیز آزمون‌های همبستگی و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار spss و amos بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که سبک رهبری حمایتی به واسطه نقش میانجی تسهیلگری رابطه‌ی مثبت و معنی‌داری با توانمندی معلمان مدارس استثنایی دارد. نتایج تحقیقات مشابه با یافته های این تحقیق همخوان است. در تبیین آن می‌توان گفت که رهبر حمایتی با استفاده از نقش تسهیلگر می‌تواند توانایی‌های معلمان در زمینه تدریس را بهبود بخشد و در تقویت توانمندی تدریس در مدرسه استثنایی نقش مستقیمی ایفا کند.

empowering teachers’ teaching in the shadow of the supportive leadership style of managers with the role of mediator of job facilitation

knowing how to support school administrators through job facilitation in order to empower teachers in the field of teaching is one of the importantchallenges of the country's education system. based on this, the researcherinvestigated the supportive leadership style in the role of job facilitator andhow to empower the teachers of exceptional schools in kurdistan province.quantitative method of correlation type has been used in the research. thestatistical population of the research includes all the exceptional schools ofkurdistan province and the statistical sample with the full enumerationmethod includes all the teachers of the exceptional schools of the province,whose number is 202. the collection tool includes three questionnaires(supportive leadership questionnaire, teaching ability factorsquestionnaire, facilitation questionnaire) which includes the mainobjectives of the research. data analysis has been done in two parts,descriptive and inferential statistics. mean, mode and median were used inthe descriptive statistics section, and correlation tests and structuralequation modeling were used in the inferential statistics section. thefindings showed that the supportive leadership style has a positive andsignificant relationship with the ability of exceptional school teachers dueto the mediating role of facilitation. the results of similar research areconsistent with the findings of this research. in its explanation, it can besaid that the supportive leader can improve the abilities of teachers in thefield of teaching by using the role of facilitator and play a direct role in strengthening the ability of teaching in an exceptional school.
