ارائه الگوی آموزش مهارت‌ محور مدارس بر مبنای نیازهای واقعی جامعه

هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی آموزش مهارت‌محور در مدارس بر مبنای نیازهای واقعی جامعه با استفاده از تئوری داده‌بنیاد است. برای پاسخ به این سوال از روش پژوهش نظریه داده‌بنیاد و با رویکرد کیفی و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار maxqda استفاده شد. روش نمونه‌گیری، از نوع هدفمند بود که در مجموع با انجام 10 مصاحبه با اساتید و خبرگان حوزه‌های مدیریت آموزش و آموزش مهارت‌محور به اشباع رسید. نتایج و یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که پدیده محوری آموزش مهارت‌محور دارای سه مولفه تسهیل‌کننده زندگی فردی و اجتماعی؛ مهارت ارزش‌آفرین و مهارت انسان‌ساز است. شرایط علّی که سبب بروز پدیده الگوی آموزش مهارت‌محور در مدارس بر مبنای نیازهای واقعی جامعه می‌شود، در چهار دسته فشارهای عصر جدید برای تغییر؛ فشار نیازمندی‌های جامعه؛ عملکرد ضعیف نظام آموزشی غیر مهارتی در برابر نظام مهارت‌محور؛ باورهای فرهنگی جامعه قرار گرفتند. شرایط زمینه‌ای دارای 5 مولفه اصلی شامل سیاست‌گذاری برای سیستم‌های نوین آموزشی؛ ارتقا منابع انسانی مهارت‌محور؛ تامین امکانات و زیرساخت‌های مادی؛ بستر مناسب تکمیل‌کنندگان آموزش مهارت‌محور و باورهای فرهنگی جامعه و خانواده‌ها بود. راهبردهای مناسب برای دستیابی به آموزش مهارت‌محور بر مبنای نیازهای واقعی جامعه در شش دسته اصلاح فرآیندهای غلط دولتی و حمایت همه‌جانبه دولت؛ فرهنگ‌سازی همه‌جانبه در جامعه؛ تقویت و غنی‌سازی منابع انسانی مهارت‌محور در جامعه؛ تغییر در رویه‌ها و فرایندهای آموزش‌و پرورش؛ تغییر بنیادی در سیاست‌های آموزش‌و پرورش و جذب حمایت مکمل‌های موثر جای گرفتند. پیامدهای حاصل از اجرای راهبردها در چهار مولفه منافع اقتصادی؛ پیامدهای مثبت اجتماعی و فرهنگی؛ پیامدهای مثبت فردی و پیامدهای آموزشی جای گرفتند.

presentation a model of skill-oriented education in schools based on the real needs of society

the current research aims to design a model of skill-based education in schools according to the real needs of society. according to its purpose, the research method is fundamental and in terms of implementation, it is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). the statistical population of this research in the qualitative part included professors and experts in the fields of education management and skill-based education. sampling was done in a targeted manner and reached saturation with 10 expert interviews. and in the quantitative part to validate the research model, 443 khorasan razavi education teachers were selected by the available sampling method. the research tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview. then, in the quantitative part, the skill-based education model was validated according to the real needs of society based on a researcher-made questionnaire. maxqda 18 and pls-smart 3 software were used for data analysis. the research findings revealed that the central phenomenon of skill-oriented education comprises three main components: enhancing individual and social life, creating value, and building human capabilities. the causal conditions leading to the development of a skill-oriented education model based on societal needs were categorized into four groups. background conditions were identified with five primary components. effective strategies for achieving skill-oriented education were organized into six categories. finally, implementing the model resulted in consequences across four areas: economic benefits, positive social and cultural impacts, individual positive outcomes, and educational results.
