درآمدی بر پارادایم انتقادی در مدیریت آموزشی

مدیریت آموزشی همانند سایر حوزه ‏های دانشگاهی به لحاظ مبانی هستی‏ شناسی، معرفت‏ شناسی و روش‌شناسی متاثر از سیر تحول پارادایم‏ های کلان علمی است. اولین مطالعات مدیریت آموزشی بر پایه اندیشه‏های مکتب تحصل‏گرایی (اثبات‏گرایی) در اوایل قرن بیستم شکل گرفت و به دنبال آن پارادایم‏های تفسیری، انتقادی و پست‏مدرن به پژوهش ‏های این حوزه راه یافتند. در هر یک از پارادایم ‏های مذکور، پژوهشگران مدیریت آموزشی به پژوهش و تولید متون علمی‏ مبادرت ورزیده-اند. مقاله حاضر با هدف ترویج و کاربست مفاهیم مستخرج از پارادایم انتقادی در حوزه مدیریت آموزشی تنظیم شده‏ و شامل دو بخش است. در بخش نخست، پیشینه و سیر تحول رویکردهای نظری مدیریت آموزشی ذکرشده و در انتها به پارادایم انتقادی در حوزه مدیریت آموزشی اشاره شده است. بخش دوم مقاله به معرفی کتاب «رویکردهای نوین به مدیریت آموزشی؛ الگوها و نویدها»-که توسط ویلیام فاستر در سال 1986 نگارش شده و دکتر علی علاقه ‏بند در سال 1402 آن را ترجمه کرده، اختصاص یافته است. مقاله با طرح برخی از کاربست ‏های پارادایم انتقادی در حوزه مدیریت آموزشی خاتمه می ‏یابد.

an introduction to the critical paradigm in educational administration

taking the fundemnentals of ontology, epistemology and methodology into consideration, ea like other academic fields is widely influenced by the overall evolution of scientific paradigms.the first studies of ea were formed by &positivism school& in the early 20th century and since then interpretative, critical and post modern paradigms ensued. any studies have been done by ea researchers using these paradigms. the current article aims at applying and promoting the concepts derived from critical paradigm in the field of ea consisting two parts. the first part describes background and evolution of the theoritical approach involved in ea, followed by an indication of critical paradigm in the field of ea.the second part is devoted to presenting and summarizing one of the most authentic books in the field of critical paradigm in ea titled ¶digms and promises: new approaches to educational administration& written by william foster in 1986 and translated into farsi by dr ali alagheband in 2021. the article concludes by presenting some further applications of critical paradigm in the field of ea.
