شناسایی مولفه‌های شایستگی‌ رهبری اصیل در مدارس ابتدایی

آموزش ‌و پرورش مهم‌ ترین نهاد برآمده از متن جامعه و درعین ‌حال سازنده و تکامل‌دهنده آن است و تاثیر آن در پیشرفت جامعه، امری حیاتی و محسوس است، در درون نظام آموزش‌ و پرورش هر کشوری دوره‌ ابتدایی از جایگاه، حساسیت و اهمیت بسیار زیادی برخوردار است و درواقع مهم‌ترین دوره‌ تحصیلی به شمار می‌رود. پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی مولفه‌های شایستگی رهبری اصیل در مدارس ابتدایی انجام ‌شده است. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی، ازنظر نوع داده‌ها، پژوهشی کیفی و ازنظر روش نیز یک پژوهش پدیدارشناسی است. روش و ابزار مورداستفاده برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با صاحب‌نظران در حیطه‌ موردمطالعه است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران، اساتید و صاحب‌نظران حوزه‌ی مدیریت و رهبری است و نمونه‌گیری نیز به روش گلوله برفی و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام گرفت و برای تعیین اعتبار و اعتماد یافته‌ها از سه تکنیک اطمینان‌پذیری، انتقال‌پذیری، تاییدپذیری استفاده شد. پس از تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 15 نفر از صاحب‌نظران، اساتید دانشگاه و مدیران عرصه‌ آموزش‌وپرورش، 184 مفهوم (کدباز)، 15 زیرمقوله و 5 مقوله استخراج شد و درنهایت نتایج این پژوهش با نتایج پژوهش‌های پیشین موردبررسی قرار گرفت و راهکارهایی برای بهبود به‌کارگیری رهبری اصیل در مدارس ابتدایی نیز ارائه شد.

identifying the components of competence of genuine leadership in primary schools

education is the most important institution that emerges from the context of society and at the same time its builder and developer, and its impact on the development of society is vital and tangible. it is the most important course of study. the present study aimed to identify the components of genuine leadership competence in primary schools. the present study is a qualitative research in terms of applied purpose, qualitative research in terms of data type and phenomenological research in terms of method. the method and tools used to collect data are semi-structured interviews with experts in the field under study. the statistical population of the study includes managers, professors and experts in the field of management and leadership. sampling was done by snowball method until reaching theoretical saturation. to determine the validity and reliability of the findings, three techniques of reliability, transferability and verification were used. after analyzing the data obtained from semi-structured interviews with 15 experts, university professors and managers in the field of education, 184 concepts (open source), 15 subcategories and 5 categories were extracted. solutions were also introduced to improve the use of genuine leadership in primary schools.
