طراحی مدل راهبردی ارتباطات اثربخش بین خانواده و مدرسه

ارتباطات خانواده و مدرسه یکی از اساسی‌ترین موضوعات جهت ارتقا کیفیت آموزش‌وپرورش است. هدف تحقیق حاضر شناخت ابعاد و عناصر ارتباطات خانواده و مدرسه و بررسی مدل‌ها و نظریه‌های مربوط به آن است تا با ترکیبی نوین، مدل متعالی ارتباطات خانواده و مدرسه را طراحی نماید. این تحقیق با روش اسنادی و با نگرشی جامعه‌شناختی انجام شده است. مبنای نظری این پژوهش، نظریه تلفیقی جاناتان ترنر در مورد ارتباطات اجتماعی است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد؛ ارتباطات خانواده و مدرسه یک فرایند اجتماعی شامل فرایند‌های انگیزشی، ارتباطی و ساختاری است. فرایندی که اطلاعات و منابع مادی و نمادی ارزشمند را برای برآورده کردن نیازهای طرفین و موفقیت دانش آموزان مبادله می‌کند. نوع ارتباطات در دبستان بیشتر از نوع فردی و در دبیرستان بیشتر از نوع نهادی است. برای اینکه ارتباطات شکل بگیرد از فرایند‌های انگیزشی نیرو می‌گیرد و با علامت‌دهی و تفسیر رفتار و علائم بین طرفین، فرایند‌های ارتباطی اتفاق می‌افتند و از طریق فرایند‌های ساختاری، این ارتباطات در طول زمان تکرار و در فضای فیزیکی سازمان‌دهی می‌شوند. از طرف دیگر ویژگی‌های زمینه‌ای خانواده، مدرسه و دانش‌آموز بر فرایندهای ارتباطی خانواده و مدرسه تاثیر می‌گذارند و همه آنها تحت تاثیر ویژگی‌های زمینه‌ای اجتماع محلی، جامعه ملی و جهانی هستند.

designing a strategic model of effective communication between family and school

communication between family and school is one of the most basic issues in improving the quality of education. this research aims to find the dimensions and elements of family and school communication and examine the related models and theories to design a superior model for family and school communication with a new combination. this research was conducted through a documentary method and a sociological approach. the theoretical basis of this research is jonathan turner’s integrated theory of social communication. also, the theories and models of family and school communication and the results of related experimental research are examined. finally, a new integrated model was designed by identifying the social factors affecting family and school communication and the causal relationships between them. the research findings showed that family and school communication is a social process including motivational, communicative, and structural processes. a process that exchanges valuable material and symbolic information and resources to meet the needs of the parties and student success. the type of communication in primary school is more than individual type, and in high school, it is more than institutional type. to establish communication, motivational processes drive the interaction, as parties engage in marking, and interpreting behaviors and signals. communication unfolds through structural processes, where these interactions are reiterated and structured in physical space over time. on the other hand, the background characteristics of the family, school, and student affect the communication processes of the family and school, and the background characteristics of the local community and national and global society influence all of them.
