اثر متقابل فرآیندهای کسب و کار الکترونیکی در عملیات زنجیره تامین با استفاده از ism و micmac مطالعه موردی: شهرداری شیراز

هدف اصلی‌ این‌ مقاله‌، بررسی اثر متقابل فرآیندهای کسب و کار الکترونیکی در عملیات زنجیره تامین با استفاده از ism وmicmac (مطالعه موردی: شهرداری شیراز) می‌ باشد. این‌ مقاله‌ از لحاظ هدف، تحقیقی‌ کاربردی و از لحاظ زمان، تحقیقی‌ مقطعی‌ می‌ باشد. این‌ تحقیق‌ از لحاظ طرح تحقیق‌، توصیفی‌- پیمایشی‌ بوده که‌ با ابزار پرسش‌نامه‌ محقق‌ ساخته‌ و بر اساس تکنیک‌ مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری انجام شده است‌. برای به‌ دست‌ آوردن داده ها، پرسش‌نامه‌ای میان 10 نفر از خبرگان که‌ شامل‌، اساتید و خبرگان در حوزه کسب و کار الکترونیکی و زنجیره تامین فعالیت‌ دارند (با سابقه‌ کاری بالای 4 سال و مدرک کارشناسی‌ به‌ بالا)، توزیع‌ شد که‌ نتایج‌ پرسش‌نامه‌ با استفاده از تکنیک‌ مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری و تحلیل‌ micmac مورد بررسی‌ قرار گرفت‌ که‌ پس‌ از تحلیل‌ micmac شاخص‌ ها در چهار ناحیه‌، خودمختار، وابسته‌، پیوندی و مستقل‌ یا نفوذ قرار گرفتند. نتایج‌ بدست‌ آمده نشان داد که‌ شاخص‌ ” مشارکت مشتری” از تاثیرگذارترین‌ شاخص‌های کسب و کار الکترونیکی در عملیات زنجیره تامین در شهرداری شیراز به‌ حساب می‌آیند.

interaction of e-business processes in supply chain operations using ism and micmac case study: shiraz municipality

the main purpose of this article is to investigate the mutual effect of e-business processes in supply chain operations using ism and micmac (case study: shiraz municipality). this article is an applied research in terms of purpose and a cross-sectional research in terms of time. in terms of the research design, this research is a descriptive-survey which was made with the researcher s questionnaire tool and based on the interpretive structural modeling technique. in order to obtain data, a questionnaire was distributed among 10 experts, including professors and experts in the field of electronic business and supply chain (with more than 4 years of work experience and a bachelor s degree or higher), and the results of the questionnaire were the use of interpretative structural modeling technique and micmac analysis was investigated, and after micmac analysis, the indicators were placed in four areas, autonomous, dependent, linked, and independent or influence. the obtained results showed that the customer participation index is one of the most effective e-business indicators in supply chain operations in shiraz municipality.
