بررسی راهکارهای طراحی مسکن معاصر در اقلیم گرم و خشک با توجه به گرمایش جهان(نمونه موردی:طراحی خانه های شهر شیراز)

مطالعه و بررسی اصول معماری در مناطق مختلف حاکی از ارتباط نزدیک معماری رایج در هر منطقه با محیط جغرافیایی است. بررسی شاخصه های سبکهای معماری در مناطق مختلف و محاسن آن ها میتواند در ارائه الگوهای بهینه معماری موثر واقع گردد. مسکن بومی اقلیم گرم و خشک ایران، همواره شرایط آسایش حرارتی را برای ساکنین خود به همراه داشته است. هماهنگی اصول سازندۀ بنا با شرایط اقلیمی، آسایش محیطی و صرفه جویی در مصرف انرژی و کنترل شرایط محیطی را به دنبال داشته است از این رو در این مقاله توجه بیشتر به اقلیم گرم و خشک در شهر شیراز معطوف شده است و این اقلیم را در ساختمان های مسکونی مورد بررسی قرار داده است. با آگاهی از عوامل و عناصر اقلیمی شهر شیراز، جهت گیری ساختما ن ها، شناخت از مصالح ساختمانی مناسب، انتخاب ابعاد پنجره ها و غیره می توان تدابیری اندیشید تا ساکنان احساس راحتی و آسایش بیشتری کنند و با مصرف کمترین انرژی بتوانند گرمایش و سرمایش مورد نیاز مسکن خود را تامین نمایند. این پژوهش در راستای هدف تعیین شده به روش کاربردی وبر اساس گردآوری اطلاعات تحقیق به صورت توصیفی_ تحلیلی می باشد و در جمع آوری اطلاعات از دو روش اسنادی ومیدانی(مشاهده)استفاده شده است. و نتایج حاصل نشان می دهند که اقلیم به عنوان فاکتوری اصلی بر معماری ساختمان ، آسایش و رفاه افراد مانند نور خورشید، دما و رطوبت، باد و باران و تغییرات شکلی تاثیر گذار است.

studying and investigating the principles of architecture in different regions indicates a close relationship between the common architecture in each region and the geographical environment. investigating the characteristics of architectural styles in different regions and their merits can be effective in providing optimal architectural models. native housing in iran s hot and dry climate has always brought thermal comfort to its residents. the coordination of building principles with climatic conditions has resulted in environmental comfort and energy saving and control of environmental conditions. therefore, in this article, more attention is paid to the hot and dry climate in the city of shiraz, and this climate is used in the building. residential properties have been investigated. by knowing the climatic factors and elements of the city of shiraz, the orientation of the buildings, the knowledge of suitable building materials, the selection of window dimensions, etc., measures can be taken to make the residents feel more comfortable and comfortable and to be able to heat and cool the place with the least amount of energy. meet their housing needs. in line with the set goal, this research is based on a descriptive-analytical method of collecting research data, and two documentary and field (observation) methods have been used to collect the data. and the results show that the climate as a main factor affects the building architecture, comfort and well-being of people such as sunlight, temperature and humidity, wind and rain and shape changes.
