In project, risks are unknown possible events or situations that if were occurred, it would havepositive or negative consequences on project purposes. the reason of these events is not limitedto the internal environment of the project, but according to the nature of project and executiveprocedure, many of surrounding environment of project affect on how its implementation andrealization of the objectives. so, considering the importance of risk consider in projects and itseffects of project status, it is necessary to use management risks as a process in identifying,analyzing and risk responding. in this paper, we first identified the management risk parameterthen management risk process had been prepared according to portfolio modeling, and finally acase study is presented for use in the management of construction projects. it can be utilized toachieve the desired objectives of the project
