بررسی موانع و چالش های شهر هوشمند

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی موانع و چالش های شهر هوشمند می باشد . یک شهر هوشمند اطلاعات را به زیرساخت های فیزیکی اش به منظور بهبود آسایش ، تسهیل حرکت ، افزایش کارایی ، حفظ انرژی ، شناسایی مسائل و رفع آن ها ، جمع آوری داده برای تصمیم گیری بهتر ، به کارگیری منابع به طور کارآمد و به اشتراک گذاری داده ها تزریق می کند . روش تحقیق در این پژوهش ، توصیفی – تحلیلی و گردآوری داده ها با استفاده از بررسی مدارک علمی و مقالات منتشر شده صورت پذیرفته است . نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است شهر هوشمند با وجود مزایای زیادی که داراست دارای معایب و چالش هایی است که شهرها را به سمت شهر هوشمند پایدار سوق می دهد . یکی از مهم ترین و اساسی ترین چالش های شهر هوشمند مربوط به چالش های اصلی فناوری در شهر هوشمند می باشد شامل : توانایی فردی در گردآوری اطلاعات ، توانایی فردی برای ارتباطات و توانایی چند عملکردی فناوری . برخی دیگر از چالش هاى شهر هوشمند عبارتند از : تلاش براى تغییر فرهنگ عمومی جوامع و مصرف گرایی ، اضمحلال خرده فرهنگ هاى بومی ، امکان استفاده ی ابزارى از مجموعه داده هاى جمع آورى شده در بستر شهر هوشمند توسط دولت هاى مقتدر یا هکرهاى بین المللی ، نابودى کسب و کارهاى سنتی و کاهش جاذبه هاى خرد گردشگرى و اقتصادى کوچک مقیاس ، گرایش به ارتباطات مجازى و کاهش تعاملات اجتماعی و تبلیغ فردیت و انزوا ، کاهش روحیه ی مشارکت و همکارى حضورى افراد جامعه ، کاهش هویت و حس تعلق ، امکان ایجاد بستر فعالیت هاى اقتصادى غیر مشروع و غیر قانونی همچون فروش مواد غیر مجاز و فرار مالیاتی و ایجاد بحران اقتصادى کاذب و ایجاد فروشگاه هاى غیرواقعی . طبق یافته های پژوهش ، از اهم موانعی که بر سر راه شهر هوشمند در ایران وجود دارد ، می توان به عدم وجود یک تشکیلات منسجم ، گرانی سیستم های الکترونیک ، کمبود نیروهای متخصص و مراکز تحقیق و توسعه ، کمبود آموزش مردمی و تبلیغات ، حاکمیت سیستم های سنتی و عدم وجود رقابت سازنده ، عدم وجود قوانین مدرن در ارتباط با استفاده از سیستم های الکترونیکی و محدودیت زیرساخت های مورد نیاز به ویژه زیرساخت های مخابراتی ، اشاره کرد .

examining the obstacles and challenges of the smart city

the purpose of this research is to investigate the obstacles and challenges of the smart city. a smart city integrates information into its physical infrastructure to improve comfort, facilitate movement, increase efficiency, conserve energy, identify problems and fix them, collect data for better decision making, use resources efficiently, and share data injects. the research method in this study is descriptive-analytical and data collection is done by reviewing scientific documents and published articles. the results of the research indicate that the smart city, despite its many advantages, has disadvantages and challenges that lead the cities towards a sustainable smart city. one of the most important and fundamental challenges of the smart city is related to the main challenges of technology in the smart city, including: individual ability to gather information, individual ability to communicate and multi-functional ability of technology. some other challenges of the smart city are: attempts to change the general culture of societies and consumerism, the destruction of local subcultures, the possibility of instrumental use of the data collected in the context of the smart city by powerful governments or international hackers, the destruction of traditional businesses and the reduction of micro-attractions. small-scale tourism and economy, trend towards virtual communication and reduction of social interactions and promotion of individuality and isolation. reducing the spirit of participation and cooperation of people in the community, reducing the identity and sense of belonging, the possibility of creating a platform for illegitimate and illegal economic activities such as selling illegal substances and tax evasion, and creating a false economic crisis and creating fake stores.naccording to the findings of the research, one of the most important obstacles that exist on the way to a smart city in iran is the lack of a coherent organization, the high cost of electronic systems, the lack of experts and research and development centers, the lack of public education and advertising, system governance. he pointed out the traditional and lack of constructive competition, the lack of modern laws related to the use of electronic systems and the limitation of the required infrastructure, especially the telecommunication infrastructure.
