بررسی و ارزیابی شاخص های بهره وری ریلی

در ملاحظات اقتصادی توجه به موضوع بهره وری امری ضروری و مهم تلقی می شود به گونه ای که می توان گفت استفاده بهینه از منابع همان استفاده بهره ور از منابع است. بهره وری برای شرکت ها و صنایع گوناگون دارای اهمیت زیادی است چرا که با بررسی آن می توانند وضعیت کنونی خود را سنجیده و برای توسعه و بهبود خود در آینده برنامه ریزی کنند. در همین راستا راه آهن ج.ا.ا شاخص هایی را برای سنجش بهره وری خود در نظر گرفته است. در این مقاله ضمن بررسی مطالعات صورت گرفته در خصوص بهره وری صنعت ریلی، به بررسی سند اتحادیه بین المللی راه آهن ها (uic ) در این زمینه پرداخته شده و شاخص های پیشنهادی این سند با شاخص های فعلی بهره وری در شرکت راه آهن ج.ا.ا مقایسه شده اند. همچنین بر اساس مطالعات صورت گرفته، شاخص-های دیگری نیز برای بررسی بهره وری پیشنهاد شده و نهایتاً میزان بهره وری راه آهن در سال‌های اخیر بررسی و مقایسه شده اند و عملکرد شرکت راه آهن مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است که نتایج حاکی از لزوم بازنگری در شاخص های فعلی بهره وری در شرکت راه آهن است.

in economic considerations, it is considered necessary and important to pay attention to the issue of productivity, so it can be said that the optimal use of resources is the same as the efficient use of resources. productivity is very important for various companies and industries, because by examining it, they can measure their current situation and plan for their development and improvement in the future. in this regard, iran railway company has considered indicators to measure its efficiency. in this article, while reviewing the studies conducted regarding the productivity of the railway industry, the document of the international union of railways (uic) was discussed in this field and the proposed indicators of this document are compared with the current indicators of productivity in iran railway company. also, based on the studies, other indicators have been proposed to evaluate the productivity and finally, the productivity of the railway in recent years has been examined and compared, and the performance of the railway company has been evaluated, and the results show that it is necessary to review the current indicators of productivity in the iran railway company.
