بازنگری در مدل کسب وکار پارکها و مراکز شد جهاد دانشگاهی

پارک های علم و فناوری و مراکز رشد با هدف کاهش موانع و کاستن عوامل بازدارنده فعالیت های آغازین واحدهای فناور نوپا ایجاد شده اند. آن ها با ایجاد زمینه کارآفرینی، حمایت از نوآوری و خلاقیت نیروهای محقق جوان، به رونق اقتصاد محلی مبتنی بر فناوری کمک می کنند. در همین راستا، جهاد دانشگاهی به عنوان یک نهاد عمومی غیر دولتی تاکنون 3 پارک علم و فناوری و 24 مرکز رشد را تاسیس نموده است و سعی در حمایت از واحدهای فناور مستقر در این پارک ها و مراکز رشد دارد. از طرف دیگر جهاد دانشگاهی دارای 3 پژوهشگاه و 18 پژوهشکده می باشد که تجاری سازی دستاوردهای پژوهشی این زیرمجموعه ها از جمله اهداف مهم این سازمان می باشد. در این مقاله، از طریق مرور ادبیات و مصاحبه با خبرگان حوزه پارک ها و مراکز رشد و همچنین جهاد دانشگاهی، به 'مدل سرمایه گذاری خطر پذیر شرکتی ' به عنوان یک مدل کسب و کار مناسب و موثر برای جهاد دانشگاهی و به تبع آن، برای پارک ها و مراکز رشد رسیدیم. در این مدل، با تکیه بر مفهوم نوآوری باز ، جهاد به عنوان شرکت مادر، در واحدهای فناور زیرمجموعه پارک های علم و فناوری و مراکز رشد و همچنین شرکت های زایشی که جهت تجاری سازی دستاوردهای پژوهشی پژوهشکده ها و پژوهشگاه ها تشکیل شده اند، سرمایه گذاری می کند و در سود و زیان آن ها شریک خواهد شد.

revising the business model of science and technology parks and incubators in acecr

science and technology parks and incubators have been established with the aim of decreasing negative factors of early activities of startups. they help to boost the local economy based on technology by creating an entrepreneurial environment, supporting innovation and creativity of entrepreneurs. in this regard, acecr as a non-government public institution provided 3 science and technology parks and 24 incubators and tried to support the startups which are located in these science parks and incubators. on the other hand, acecr has 21 research institutes. one of the most important purposes of this organization is commercialization of the research achievments of these research institutes. in this article, through literature review and interviews with experts in the science parks and incubators as well as acecr, we select 'corporate venture capital model' as a suitable and capable business model for acecr and science parks and incubators. in this model, relying on the concept of open innovation, acecr as the parent company invests in the startups which are located in science parks and incubators and spin-off companies which are stablished for commercialization of research institues’ achievements, and shares in their profits and losses.
