مطالعه هوشمندسازی ساختمان در صرفه‌جویی انرژی با نگاه بومی‌سازی تکنولوژی و کار‌آفرینی

امروزه با توجه‌ به‌ سهم‌ عمده مصرف انرژی در بخش‌ ساختمان، صرفه‌جویی و مدیریت مصرف انرژی اصل مهمی در مصارف مسکونی است. در کشور ما مطابق مبحث نوزدهم مقررات ملّی ساختمان، ساختمان‌ها به سه‌ رده انرژی‌ تقسیم‌بندی شده که اجرای آنها حداقل در پایین‌ترین‌ رده انرژی‌ الزامی است. در این مقاله ابتدا سیستم مدیریت ساختمان و خانه هوشمند معرفی و پروتکل‌های مختلف و انواع روش‌های اجرای محصولات خارجی و داخلی موجود مقایسه می‌شود. با توجه به اینکه یکی از دروس مهم رشته کاردانی الکتروتکنیک در دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای، درس خانه هوشمند است، بومی‌سازی تکنولوژی خانه هوشمند و امکان اشتغال‌آفرینی آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در ادامه با پیاده‌سازی یک نمونه کامل از سیستم مدیریت خانه هوشمند، نشان داده شده که با تکیه بر توان داخلی امکان بومی‌سازی این تکنولوژی وجود داشته و ایجاد اشتغال در زمینه هوشمندسازی ساختمان برای مهارت آموزان را فراهم می‌سازد. همچنین محصول نمونه تولید شده دارای مزیت‌های رقابتی با نمونه‌های خارجی بوده و سبب کاهش خروج ارز در این بخش می‌شود.

study of building smartness in energy saving from the point of view of localization of technology and entrepreneurship

abstract nowadays, due to the major share of energy consumption in the building sector, saving and managing energy consumption is an important principle in residential use. in our country, according to the 19th topic of the national building regulations, buildings are divided into three energy categories, and their implementation is required at least in the lowest energy category. in this article, the building management system and smart home are first introduced and different protocols and types of implementation methods of existing foreign and domestic products are compared. due to the fact that one of the important subjects of the electrotechnical associate degree in the technical and vocational university is the smart home course, the localization of smart home technology and its employment creation possibility have been investigated. in the following, by implementing a complete example of the smart home management system, it has been shown that by relying on internal power, it is possible to localize this technology, and it provides employment in the field of building smartness for students. also, the produced sample product has competitive advantages with foreign samples and it causes a decrease in foreign currency outflow in this sector.
