واکاوی اثرات رویکرد آموزشی مبتنی بر کامپیوتر بر کارآفرینی ومهارت هنرجویان (نمونه موردی: هنرستان نمونه 17 شهریور -سبزوار)

پیشرفت های علمی و تکنولوژیکی در عصر حاضر در سایه وسایل کمک آموزشی امکان پذیر است .افزایش حجم دانش و اطلاعات و کهنه شدن مطالب اموزشی، تغییرات سریع جوامع و غیر قابل پیش بینی بودن آینده مستلزم یک رویکرد آموزشی به روز شده در آموزش می باشد، که به طور خود گردان و مستقل برای تمام عمر به مطالبه دانش و استفاده از آن بپردازد. هدف از این پژوهش شرح رویکرد آموزشی مبتنی بر کامپیوتر و کنار گذاشتن روشهای سنتی آموزش است ؛ که در سایه آن تعلیم نیروی انسانی ماهر و کارآفرین میسر می گردد. روش تحقیق بصورت کتابخانه ای و میدانی است و با توزیع پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با جامعه آماری مشغول به تحصیل و فارغ التحصیل داده ها گرد آوری شده است . بدینصورت پس از بررسی مبانی نظری تحقیق نمونه مورد مطالعه هنرستان نمونه فنی و حرفه ای 17 شهریور -سبزوار انتخاب شد. در نتیجه پس از تحلیل داده ها مشخص شد پتانسیل تعلیم و تحویل نیروی انسانی ماهر و کار آفرین با ایده های کسب و کار متعدد در هنرستانهای فنی و حرفه ای بسیار بالاست . باتوجه به یافته های پژوهش حاضر پیشنهاد می شود رویکرد اموزشی مبتنی بر کامپیوتر در شایستگی های فنی با دقت مورد مطالعه و بازنگری قرار گیرند.

analyzing the effects of computer-based educational approach on entrepreneurship and students' skills (case example: 17 shahrivar-sabzvar art school)

scientific and technological advances in the present era are possible in the shadow of educational aids. the increase in the amount of knowledge and information and the obsolescence of educational materials, the rapid changes of societies and the unpredictability of the future require an updated educational approach in education. to demand knowledge and use it autonomously and independently for the whole life. the purpose of this research is to describe the computer-based educational approach and abandon the traditional methods of education; in the shadow of which, the training of skilled and entrepreneurial human resources is possible. the research method is library and field, and the data has been collected by distributing questionnaires and interviewing the statistical population engaged in studies and graduates. thus, after examining the theoretical foundations of the study, the technical and professional sample conservatory of 17 shahrivar-sabzvar was selected. . as a result, after analyzing the data, it was found that the potential of training and delivery of skilled and entrepreneurial human resources with many business ideas in technical and vocational colleges is very high. according to the findings of the present research, it is suggested that the computer-based educational approach in technical skills should be carefully studied and reviewed.
