رویکردهای مقابله ای در جنگ ترکیبی مبتنی بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب

بیانیه چشم اندازی به آینده و تصویری ذهنی از نگاهی ایده آل که جامعه تمایل دارد، به آنها دست یابد. بیانیه گام دوم رهبرمعظم انقلاب(مدظله العالی) ناظر بر بیان دستاوردهای انقلاب اسلامی متاثر از جنگ ترکیبی دشمنان، درچهل سال اول انقلاب بوده و بر تبعات عدم شناخت تهدیدات، روش های دشمن و چگونگی تقابل حاکمیتی با آن تاکید دارند. بنابراین این پژوهش در صدد بررسی رویکردهای جنگ ترکیبی مبتنی بر بیانیه گام دوم با تکیه بر جمع آوری اسنادی و استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای متن محور بوده است. سوال اصلی مقاله حاضر این است که رویکردهای جنگ ترکیبی در قبال تهدیدات دشمن مبتنی بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب چیست؟ برای پاسخ به سوال فوق، فرضیه مقاله این‌گونه تدوین یافته که در تقابل با تهدیدات ترکیبی دشمن استفاده از رویکردهای خنثی سازی و عملیات پیش دستانه، از جمله سیاست های مهم مبتنی بر بیانیه می باشد. یافته های مقاله حکایت از آن دارد که با شناسایی چهار مولفه اقدامات راهبردی، شناسایی آسیب ها، تهدیدشناسی و عمق شناسی تهدیدات جنگ ترکیبی در موضوع فوق، نشان دهنده تهاجمی محور بودن رویکرد بیانیه می باشد که نقش زیادی در پیش‌بینی و پیشگیری از جنگ ترکیبی دشمن در قبال انقلاب اسلامی دارد.

countermeasures in combined war based on the statement of the second step of the revolution abstract a vision statement for the future and a mental image of the ideal view that society aspires to achieve. the statement of the second step of the supreme leader of the revolution (madazaleh al-aali) is about expressing the achievements of the islamic revolution affected by the combined war of the enemies, in the first forty years of the revolution, and they emphasize the consequences of not knowing the threats, the methods of the enemy and how to confront them with sovereignty. therefore, this research aims to examine the approaches of combined warfare based on the second step statement, relying on document collection and using the method of text-based content analysis. the main question of the current article is what are the approaches of combined warfare against enemy threats based on the statement of the second step of the revolution? to answer the above question, the hypothesis of the article has been compiled in such a way that in confronting the combined threats of the enemy, the use of neutralization approaches and preemptive operations, including important policies based on statements. the findings of the article indicate that by identifying the four components of strategic measures, damage identification, threat analysis and depth analysis of combined war threats in the above topic, it shows the aggressiveness of the statement’s approach, which plays a large role in predicting and preventing the combined war of the enemy. against the islamic revolution. key words: declaration of the second step of the revolution, combined war, preemptive operations, neutralization
