تحلیلی بر پویایی های جنگ روسیه علیه اوکراین: اهداف و پیامدها

یکی از مهم ترین رویدادهای قرن بیست و یکم، جنگ روسیه علیه اوکراین است که نه تنها الگوی رفتاری قدرت‌های بزرگ، بلکه نوع کنشگری دولت‌های متوسط و ضعیف را نیز تحت تاثیر قرار داد. از این منظر، مقاله پیش‌رو با بهره گیری از نظریه موازنه قوا، درصدد پاسخگویی به این سوال است که چه عوامل و اهدافی، موجبات حمله نظامی روسیه علیه اوکراین را فراهم کرد و پیامدهای آن برای روسیه چگونه رقم خورده است؟ این پژوهش از منظر هدف، تحقیقی کاربردی محسوب می‌شود؛ چرا که در صدد بررسی جوانب مختلف آن، از حیث جنگ قدرت میان قدرت‌های بزرگ و پیامدهای آن خواهد بود. با توجه کیفی‌گرا بودن تحقیق، روش مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای در این پژوهش مورد توجه قرار گرفته و از طریق فیش‌برداری، اقدام به جمع آوری داده نموده است. مدعای اصلی پژوهش، عنوان می‌کند که دغدغه‌های ژئوپلیتیکی و تغییر نظم جهانی باعث حمله نظامی روسیه علیه اوکراین گردیده است. با این وجود، نوع عملکرد روسیه و اوکراین در تقابل با یکدیگر، حاکی از موازنه‌ای است که توزیع قدرت را پراکنده نموده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که جنگ کنونی دارای پیامدهای زیادی برای روسیه خواهد بود. به طوری که کمک‌های قدرت‌های غربی به اوکراین، تحریم‌های اقتصادی، تحمیل هزینه‌های نظامی بر روسیه، توسعه نفوذ بیشتر ناتو در محیط پیرامونی روسیه به مثابه وجوهات منفی و تضعیف جایگاه هژمونی دلار آمریکا، افول نظم لیبرال و هژمونی‌گری آمریکا و چندجانبه گرایی و گسترش سیاست نگاه به شرق از جمله پیامدهای مثبت برای روسیه در جنگ اوکراین بوده است.

an analysis of the dynamics of russia’s war against ukraine: goals and consequences

one of the most important events of the 21st century is russia’s war against ukraine, which affected not only the behavior pattern of the great powers, but also the type of activism of medium and weak governments. from this point of view, the following article, using the balance of power theory, tries to answer the question of what factors and goals caused russia’s military attack against ukraine, and what are its consequences for russia? from the point of view of the objective, this research is considered an applied research; because it aims to investigate its various aspects, in terms of the power struggle between the great powers and its consequences. due to the qualitative nature of the research, the library study method has been taken into consideration in this research and data has been collected through questionnaires. the main claim of the research states that geopolitical concerns and changes in the world order have caused russia’s military attack against ukraine. nevertheless, the type of performance of russia and ukraine against each other indicates a balance that has scattered the distribution of power. the research results show that the current war will have many consequences for russia. so that the aid of western powers to ukraine, economic sanctions, imposing military costs on russia, the development of nato’s influence in russia’s peripheral environment as negative aspects and the weakening of the hegemonic position of the us dollar, the decline of the liberal order and hegemony. america’s aggression and multilateralism and the expansion of the look-to-the-east policy have been among the positive consequences for russia in the ukraine war.
