محیط‌ شناسی امنیتی گسترش بحران نارکوتروریسم در افغانستان؛ مطالعه موردی داعش خراسان

با افزایش فعالیت گروه تروریستی تکفیری داعش در غرب آسیا، گروه‌های متعدد تروریستی نیز در افغانستان شروع به تحرکات گسترده ناشی از اقتصاد قدرتمند قاچاق مواد مخدر کردند. این معضل تهدید امنیتی جدی نه تنها برای افغانستان بلکه برای آسیای مرکزی و حتی ایران به شمار می‌رود. داعش خراسان به عنوان یکی از همین گروه‌ها، با هدف ایجاد یک مجموعه افراطی بنیادگرا و توسعه همه‌جانبه عملکردش، عمده فعالیت‌های تروریستی خود را در افغانستان و کشورهای همسایه انجام داده است. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استفاده از نظریه محیط‌شناسی امنیتی، با هدف بررسی تاثیر فعالیت‌های داعش خراسان در افغانستان بر گسترش بحران نارکوتروریسم و قاچاق مواد مخدر در این کشور و منطقه انجام شده و اطلاعات لازم را از کتب، مقالات و منابع اینترنتی جمع‌آوری کرده است. بر این اساس سوال اصلی آن است که، قاچاق مواد مخدر چگونه بر گسترش فعالیت‌های داعش خراسان در افغانستان تاثیر بر جای نهاده است؟ یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که، معضلات امنیتی نظیر گسترش فعالیت‌های تروریستی، حذف مخالفین، آدم‌ربایی و بمب‌گذاری‌های معتدد در این کشور و همسایگان، مشکلات اقتصادی همچون ایجاد اقتصاد سیاه، معضل اجتماعی بیعت با سایر گروه‌های افراطی، معضل سیاسی عدم ایجاد یک دولت باثبات سیاسی در کابل از جمله مهم‌ترین تاثیرات نارکوتروریسم داعش خراسان در افغانستان به شمار می‌رود.

with the increase in the activities of the takfiri terrorist group daesh in west asia, several terrorist groups also began to make large-scale movements in afghanistan due to the powerful economy of drug trafficking. this problem is considered a serious security threat not only for afghanistan but also for central asia and even iran. isis khorasan, as one of these groups, has carried out most of its terrorist activities in afghanistan and neighboring countries with the aim of creating a fundamentalist extremist group and comprehensively developing its operations. this research was carried out in a descriptive-analytical way and using the theory of security ecology, with the aim of investigating the impact of the activities of isis in khorasan in afghanistan on the spread of the crisis of narco-terrorism and drug trafficking in this country and the region, and the necessary information was obtained from books, articles and internet sources. has collected based on this, the main question is how has drug trafficking affected the expansion of isis activities in khorasan in afghanistan? the findings of the research show that security problems such as the spread of terrorist activities, elimination of opponents, kidnappings and numerous bombings in this country and its neighbors, economic problems such as the creation of a black economy, the social problem of allegiance with other extremist groups, the political problem of not establishing a politically stable government in kabul is considered one of the most important effects of isis khorasan narco-terrorism in afghanistan.
