تحلیلی بر پیامدهای امنیتی نابرابری فرصت ‏های اقوام در ج.ا.ایران

قومیت و قوم‌گرایی که از تفاوت‌های ‌نژادی ناشی می‌شود همواره در بررسی‌ها و تحقیقات اجتماعی و سیاسی مولفه مهمی بوده که تاثیری محسوس بر امنیت ملی، توسعه و یا رشد جوامع داشته است، لذا به همین سبب این تحقیق با موضوع بررسی فرصت‌های نابرابر در میان اقوام کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران و پیامدهای امنیتی آن، با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی وبهره گیری از ابزار گردآوری میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای، درصدد است ضمن تبیین درجه اهمیت و اولویت‌بندی هر یک از معیارها و شاخص‌های نابرابری فرصت‌های فراروی اقوام، علل و چگونگی آن را به صورت متقن پاسخ دهد. این پژوهش، در صدد پاسخگویی به این پرسش اصلی می‌باشد که آیا در میان اقوام مختلف جمهوری اسلامی ایران فرصت‌های نابرابر به وجود آمده است، اگر چنین است پیامد امنیتی آن ‌چیست؟ و راه‌کارهای حذف و یا کاهش این فرصت‌های نابرابر کدامند؟ در نهایت دستاوردها و نتایج اصیل این مقاله رسیدن به عواملی پنج‌گانه از قبیل؛ «پیاده‌سازی سیاست‌گذاری‌ اجتماعی»، «پیاده‌سازی سیاست-گذاری فرهنگی»، «پیاده‌سازی توسعه اقتصادی یکنواخت»، «پیاده‌سازی تئوری تکثرگرایی دین‌محور» و «پیاده-سازی مدیریت تنوع قومی در کشور ج.ا.ا با توجه به اسناد بالادستی» بود که این عوامل بر متغیر بررسی فرصت-های نابرابر در میان اقوام کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران، در حد خیلی زیاد، موثر واقع گردیدند، لذا نتیجه فوق بر نتیجه حاصله از پرسشنامه منطبق و بر روائی و اعتبار این پژوهش افزود.

an analysis of the security consequences of the inequality of opportunities of ethnic groups in j.a. iran

ethnicity and ethnocentrism, which arise from racial differences, have always been important in social and political studies and researches, which have had an impact on national security, development and growth of societies. therefore, for this reason, this research with the topic of examining the unequal opportunities among the ethnic groups of the islamic republic of iran and its security consequences, with a descriptive-analytical method and using field and library collection tools, tries to explain the degree of importance and prioritization of each of the criteria and indicators of the inequality of opportunities for ethnic groups, its causes and how to answer convincingly. this research aims to answer the main question, whether unequal opportunities have arisen among the different ethnic groups of the islamic republic of iran, and if so, what are the security implications of that? and what are the ways to eliminate or reduce these unequal opportunities? finally, the original achievements and results of this article reach five factors such as; implementation of social policy , implementation of cultural policy , implementation of uniform economic development , implementation of religious pluralism theory and implementation of ethnic diversity management in the country j.a. according to the upstream documents was that these factors were very effective on the variable of examining unequal opportunities among the ethnic groups of the islamic republic of iran, so the above result is consistent with the result of the questionnaire and the validity and reliability of this research increased.
