بررسی کاربرد جنگ شناختی در حوزه های عملیاتی سازمان ناتو

ظهور فناوری های جدید عرصۀ اقناع و شکلدهی ذهن انسان از جمله فناوری های جنگ افزاری شناختی، فناوری های شناختی بیوشیمیایی، فناوری های هوش مصنوعی و توسعۀ شگردها و تکنیک های مخزنی تا جاییکه امکان هک کردن ذهن انسان میسر شده و از سویی به کارگیری این فناوری ها در حوزۀ عملیاتی سازمان های نظامی از جمله سازمان پیمان آتلانتیک شمالی (ناتو) سبب شده تا توجه بیشتر به جنگ افزارهای نوین در کشورهای مختلف ضروری تلقی گردد. در چارچوب ابزارهای عملیات نظامی جدید، ناتو جنگ-افزارهای شناختی را به عنوان حوزهای جدید به حوزه های پیشین هوایی، دریایی، زمینی، فضایی و مجازی اضافه کرده و ذهن انسان را به عنوان عرصۀ جدیدی برای کارزار نظامی تعریف کرده است؛ در همین زمینه، پژوهش حاضر در پی بررسی کاربرد جنگ شناختی در حوزۀ عملیاتی ناتو می باشد؛ درواقع این مقاله به دنبال پاسخگویی به این پرسش است که جنگ شناختی چه کاربری را در حوزۀ عملیاتی ناتو دارد؟ فرضیۀ تحقیق این است که هرچند ناتو اقدامات خود در حوزۀ جنگ شناختی را « دفاع » در مقابل « دشمنان » معرفی کرده ولی از سویی توسعۀ تکنیکهای جنگ شناختی توسط این سازمان را برای حفظ « مزیت تاکتیکی » می دانند. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی صورت گرفته و گردآوری اطلاعات به صورت مطالعات کتابخانه ای و اسنادی شامل کتاب ها، مقالات تخصصی و اینترنت بوده است.

the emergence of new technologies in the field of persuasion and shaping the human mind, including cognitive warfare technologies, biochemical cognitive technologies, artificial intelligence technologies, and the development of brainwashing methods and techniques to the extent that it becomes possible to hack the human mind, and on the one hand, the use of these technologies in the operational field. military organizations, including the north atlantic treaty organization (nato), have made it necessary to pay more attention to modern weapons in different countries. in the framework of new military operations tools, nato has added cognitive weapons as a new field to the previous air, sea, ground, space and virtual fields and has defined the human mind as a new field for military campaign. in this regard, the present study investigates the application of cognitive warfare in nato’s operational field. in fact, this article seeks to answer the question, what is the use of cognitive warfare in nato’s operational field? the hypothesis of the research is that although nato has introduced its actions in the field of cognitive warfare as defense against enemies , on the other hand, the development of cognitive warfare techniques by this organization is considered to maintain tactical advantage . the current research was carried out with a descriptive and analytical method, and information was collected in the form of library and document studies, including books, specialized articles, and the internet.
