سامانه های یکپارچه اطلاعاتی، رویکردی بر محیط شناسی راهبردی در عملیات نظامی

در میدان نبرد، ابزار اصلی تصویر‌سازی میدان نبرد، یک سامانه سریع به همراه بانک اطلاعات می‌باشد. سامانه‌ی با چند گیگا بایت اطلاعات اعم از اطلاعات جغرافیایی، اطلاعات مربوط به موقعیت استقرار نیروها و تجهیزات دو‌طرف، عوارض زمین و وضعیت جوی و سایر اطلاعات می‌تواند کلیه فرآیند‌های قبل و حین عملیات را پشتیبانی نماید. مقاله پیش رو با هدف ارائه الگوی یکپارچه سازی سامانه اطلاعاتی در بستر سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی به منظور تقویت توان رزم نیروهای عمل کنند در صحنه نبرد می باشد. نوع تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی بوده و از روش اجرا توصیفی – زمینه ای است. جامعه آماری شامل تعداد 348 نفر از خبرگان حوزه اطلاعاتی سازمان مورد مطالعه می باشد. نمونه آماری به روش تصادفی غیر احتمالی بوده و شامل 126 نفر از خبرگان می باشد. به منظور جمع آوری اطلاعات از روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی استفاده شده است. روایی تحقیق بر اساس تایید خبرگان مورد تایید قرار گرفته و جهت ارزیابی پایایی تحقیق از روش آلفای کزونباخ استفاده شده است. همچنین به منظور تحلیل یافته ها از هر دو رویکرد توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد اطلاعات سیگنالی، تصویری و رادیویی نقش مهمی در شکل گیری سامانه یکپارچه اطلاعاتی دارند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد وجود یک سامانه یکپارچه اطلاعاتی نقش موثری در شناسایی تهدیدات پیرامونی در صحنه نبرد ایفا خواهد می نماید.

integrated information systems, an approach to strategic ecology in military operations

in the battlefield, the main tool of battlefield visualization is a fast system with information bank.a system with several gigabytes of information, including geographic information, information related to the location of forces and equipment on both sides, terrain and weather conditions, and other information can support all the processes before and during the operation.the following article aims to provide a model of information system integration in the framework of the geographic information system in order to strengthen the combat power of the forces operating in the battle scene.the type of research is applied in terms of its purpose and the implementation method is descriptive-contextual. the statistical population includes 348 experts in the information field of the studied organization. the statistical sample is a non-probability random method and includes 126 experts. in order to collect information, library and field methods have been used. the validity of the research has been confirmed based on the approval of the experts, and kezenbach’s alpha method has been used to evaluate the reliability of the research. the research results showed that the existence of an integrated information system will play an effective role in identifying peripheral threats.
