موازنه نرم روسی و گسترش روابط با کشورهای عربی خلیج فارس : دلایل و پیامدها

روسیه از دورۀ دوم ریاست جمهوری پوتین به طور جدی در پی بهبود روابط با کشورهای عرب خلیج فارس بوده که البته این تلاش با اقبال نسبی کشورهای خلیج فارس نیز همراه بوده است، بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با بهره گیری از روش تبینی تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای، درصدد پاسخگویی به چرایی گسترش روابط راهبردی میان روسیه و اکشورهای عربی حوزۀ خلیج فارس است؟ در همین راستا یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که روسیه به سبب حضور در خلیج فارس و همسو کردن متحدین امریکا با خود سعی بر بالا بردن هزینه هژمونی ایالات متحده دارد و از دیگر سو کشورهای منطقه نیز با توجه به مواردی همانند حملۀ امریکا به عراق، اشاعۀ دموکراسی در این کشورها، انفعال در انقلا ب های عربی و سند برجام از آمریکا سرخورده و گسترش روابط با روسیه را پذیرفته اند.
