تغییر و تداوم در اصول امنیت ملی رژیم صهیونیستی

رژیم صهیونیستی را می‌توان امنیتی‌ترین موجودیت سیاسی در میان واحدهای سیاسی بین‌الملل قلمداد کرد. رژیم صهیونیستی علی‌رغم دغدغه بسیار زیاد نسبت به مسائل امنیتی و دفاعی، اما فاقد راهبرد رسمی امنیت ملی یا آموزۀ دفاعی است که خود این امر نیز نشات گرفته از ضعف‌های ساختاری این رژیم می‌باشد. لکن، با بررسی نوشته‌ها، اسناد و گفته‌های اعمالی و اعلانی رهبران رژیم صهیونیستی و با بررسی راهبردهایی که صهیونیست‌ها از زمان مهاجرت به فلسطین تابه‌حال به کار گرفته‌اند، می‌توان به برخی از اصول کلی امنیت ملی رژیم صهیونیستی نائل شد. در این چارچوب مقالۀ حاضر در پی پاسخ دادن به این سوال است که اصول امنیت ملی رژیم صهیونیستی در چه حوزه‌هایی تغییر و در چه حوزه‌هایی تداوم داشته است؟. این مقاله با روش توصیفی-تبیینی، نشان می‌دهد که اصول امنیت ملی رژیم صهیونیستی با گذشت بیش از هفتاد سال از موجودیت رژیم اشغالگر قدس، در برخی موارد تداوم داشته و در برخی موارد نیز با تغییر شرایط راهبردی این رژیم و همچنین مطرح شدن موضوعات جدید در حوزۀ نظامی‌گری و جنگ‌افزارها و به طور کلی تغییر شکل و نوع تهدیدات از تهدیدات سخت به تهدیدات هوشمند، دگرگون شده است که همین امر بر دکترین نظامی و امنیتی این رژیم نیز تاثیر گذاشته است.

the zionist regime can be considered the most secure political entity among international political entities. despite the great concern for security and defense issues, the zionist regime lacks an official national security strategy or defense doctrine, which itself stems from the structural weaknesses of this regime. however, by examining the writings, documents and statements of the leaders of the zionist regime and by examining the strategies that the zionists have used since the migration to palestine until now, it is possible to achieve some of the general goals and principles of the national security of the zionist regime. in this framework, the present article seeks to understand the principles of the national security of the zionist regime in order to examine the change and continuity of the national security of the zionist regime over time. the results of the research show that the national security principles of the zionist regime have continued in some principles after more than seventy years of the occupation of jerusalem, and in some cases with the change of the strategic conditions of this regime and with the emergence of new issues in the field of militarism and the threats have changed, which has also affected the military and security doctrine of the zionist regime. the research method in this article is analytical-descriptive and the data collection method is library and internet.
