بررسی نقش ارزهای مجازی در خنثی سازی تحریم ها: تحلیل دیدگاه خبرگان

در سال‌های اخیر، تحریم‌های اقتصادی به ابزاری قدرتمند جهت ایجاد شرایط سخت و نامطلوب، برای کشورهای تحت تحریم تبدیل شده و اقتصاد این کشورها را از ابعاد مختلف تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. کشورهای تحریم شده نیز به منظور مقابله با این آثار منفی به دنبال راهکارهای موثر برای خنثی‌سازی آنها بوده اند. امروزه پدیده جدیدی به نام رمزارزها و ارزهای دیجیتال در حال توسعه و شکل‌گیری است که به دلیل برخی ویژگی‌ها، می توانند امکان مقابله با تحریم‌های بانکی و مالی را برای این گروه از کشورها فراهم ‌آورند. لذا هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش ارزهای مجازی در مقابله با تحریم‌های اقتصادی است. در این راستا با توجه به ماهیت موضوع، از روش پژوهش کیفی استفاده شده و برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساخت‌یافته با 14نفر از نخبگان، پژوهشگران و مدیران اجرایی در عرصه اقتصاد، که سابقه فعالیت در داخل و خارج از ایران را داشته‌اند، بهره برده شده  است؛ همچنین جهت تحلیل و بررسی داده‌های به دست آمده، از تکنیک تحلیل تماتیک، استفاده گردیده است.نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که موضوع بررسی را می‌توان در قالب دو مقوله اصلی «تحریم‌های بانکی و مالی» و «استفاده از ارزهای مجازی در مبادلات بین‌المللی» دسته‌بندی نمود. در مجموع یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که بر اساس نظر مصاحبه‌شوندگان ارزهای مجازی می‌تواند نقش موثری بر خنثی‌سازی تحریم‌ها ایفا کند؛ در عین حال لازم است ملاحظاتی در استفاده از آنها در نظر گرفته شود.

investigating the role of virtual currencies in neutralizing sanctions: an analysis of experts’ views

in recent years, economic sanctions have emerged as a powerful tool for disrupting the economy of targeted countries. in response, the countries under sanction have sought effective strategies for mitigating the negative effects wrought by sanctions on their economies. the rapid surge of cryptocurrencies and digital currencies in recent years, coupled with their unique characteristics, has provided a possible solution for sanctioned nations to counteract banking and financial sanctions. the objective of the present paper is to examine the role of virtual currencies in neutralizing economic sanctions. given the exploratory nature of the topic, a qualitative research methodology was employed, with semi-structured interviews conducted with 14 experts, researchers, and executives in the field of economics, all of whom have experience working both within and outside iran. thereafter, a thematic analysis was conducted to process the gathered data. the findings suggest that the issue at hand can be can be categorized under two main themes: &banking and financial sanctions& and &the use of virtual currencies in international transactions&. overall, the results indicate that virtual currencies can play an effective role in neutralizing sanctions; however, certain considerations must be taken into account when utilizing them.
