امکان ‌سنجی استفاده از فناوری زنجیره‌ بلوکی در زنجیره تامین صنایع دفاعی

ارتقاء بازدارندگی دفاعی مستلزم بهبود روش ها، ابزارها و فرایندهای صنایع دفاعی است که این مهم مستلزم به کارگیری ظرفیت‌ها، قابلیت‌ها و روش های نوین و متنوع اقتصادی - صنعتی است که مجموعه این موارد در زیست بوم اقتصاد دفاع متبلور می گردد. گستردگی مفهومی و قلمرو اقتصاد دفاع، بهبود عملکرد زنجیره‌تامین صنایع دفاعی را به یک مساله روز و حائز اهمیت برای نظریه پردازان این حوزه تبدیل کرده است. گستردگی زنجیره‌تامین سازمان‌های امروزی، نظریه پردازان را ترغیب می‌نماید که به روش‌ها و فناوری های نوین برای بهبود عملکرد آن روی آورند. فناوری جدید زنجیره‌بلوکی که مولود عصر تحول دیجیتال و بخشی از اقتصاد دیجیتال است با توجه به ویژگی‌های کلیدی که متضمن آن است، از جمله فناوری هایی است که اخیرا مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بنابراین پژوهش پیش رو با هدف بررسی ظرفیت واقعی فناوری زنجیره‌بلوکی در مدیریت زنجیره‌تامین صنایع دفاعی در راستای ایجاد بهبود در آن و همچنین امکان‌سنجی قابلیت‌های توسعه این فناوری بر پایه نیازهای موجود در زنجیره‌تامین امور صنایع دفاعی می‌پردازد. در پژوهش حاضر ابتدا با استفاده از روش دلفی برای معیارهای عملکردی زنجیره‌تامین صنایع صنایع دفاعی شناسایی شده و سپس با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان، قابل پذیرش بودن استفاده از فناوری زنجیره‌بلوکی در صنایع صنایع دفاعی ایران به خصوص زنجیره تامین آن و نقش فناوری زنجیره‌بلوکی در هر یک از معیارهای کلیدی زنجیره‌تامین صنایع صنایع دفاعی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار می‌گیرد. نتایج بررسی‌ها نشان داد که تمرکز اصلی زنجیره تامین صنایع دفاعی بر شاخص‌های کیفیت، سرعت، هزینه، انعطاف‌پذیری و نوآوری بوده و تحلیل‌های انجام گرفته بیان می‌کند که چگونه به کارگیری این فناوری می‌تواند در بهبود این معیارها ایفای نقش کند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که امکان پیاده‌سازی فناوری زنجیره‌بلوکی در صنایع دفاعی وجود دارد.

feasibility assessment of utilizing the blockchain technology for the logistics of the iranian defense industry

the enhancement of defensive deterrence requires the improvement of the methods, tools and processes utilized by defense industries. this in turn, is contingent upon the engagement of new and diverse economic-industrial capacities, capabilities, and methods nascent in the defense ecosystem of the country. the scope and breadth concepts developed in the field of defense economics has rendered improving the performance of the supply chains of the defense industry a topic of discussion among theorists in this field.  currently, the expansion of the supply chain of organizations has encouraged theorists to turn towards new methods and technologies for improving performance. the block chain technology has recently received attention due to some of the features that it possesses. therefore, the objective of the present article is to assess the feasibility of utilizing blockchain technology for managing the supply chain defense industry. additionally, the study purports to assess the feasibility of developing the capabilities of this technology based on the needs of iranian defense industry. for this purpose, the modus operandi of this paper first relied on employing the delphi method for identifying the relevant performance criteria with regard to the utilization of the blockchain technology for the defense industry supply chain. subsequently, semi-structured interviews with experts in the field were held to assess the feasibility of their usage with regard to each of the key criteria identified.the results of the surveys showed that the key main features of a suitable supply chain for the defense industry are quality, speed, cost, flexibility and innovation indicators. importantly, the study finds that the application of this technology can play a role towards improving the indicators of the aforementioned criteria. finally, the paper concludes that it is possible to utilize blockchain technology in the defense industry of iran.
