پیش‌بینی صادرات نفت و گاز ایران با شبکه‌های عصبی پس از جنگ روسیه و اکراین

امروزه، تمامی جنبه‌های زندگی بشر تحت تاثیر انرژی‌های مختلف به‌ویژه نفت و گاز می‌باشد. یکی از کشورهای مهم در این حوزه روسیه می‌باشد. بررسی جزییات اقتصاد انرژی روسیه و میزان تجارت نفت و گاز آن می‌تواند برای کشور ایران جهت رقابت و افزایش سهم خود در بازار انرژی مفید باشد. با توجه به جنگ اخیر روسیه و اوکراین این موضوع اهمیت بیشتری پیدا کرده است. روسیه بخش عمده‌ای از انرژی اتحادیه اروپا به‌ویژه گاز آن‌ها را فراهم می‌کرده است اما در نتیجه جنگ، این تجارت دچار تغییراتی شده است. این پژوهش ابتدا زوایای مختلف انرژی روسیه را مورد مطالعه قرار می‌دهد و دلایل اهمیت این کشور در این زمینه ارائه خواهد شد. سپس، به طور کامل جنبه‌های مختلف جنگ روسیه و اوکراین و نتایج به‌وقوع پیوسته و همچنین اثرات احتمالی آینده آن بررسی شده است. این پژوهش، جهت بهبود نقش ایران در بازار انرژی از یک مدل هوش مصنوعی به نام پرسپترون چند لایه (mlp) استفاده کرده تا صادرات نفت و گاز ایران را پیش‌بینی نموده و مدلی دقیق برای این منظور ارائه دهد.داده‌های مربوطه به صورت فصلی از سال 1369 تا 1401 جمع‌آوری شده و نتایج نشان می‌دهد که مدل mlp با دقت بالایی قادر به پیش‌بینی آینده صادرات ایران می‌باشد. بر اساس مقادیر پیش‌بینی شده، انتظار می‌رود که طی سال‌های آینده میزان صادرات نفت ایران افزایش ولی مقدار صادرات گاز کشور کاهش یابد.

forecasting the future of iran’s oil and gas export after the russia-ukraine war, applying neural networks

today, all aspects of human life are influenced by various forms of energy, especially oil and gas. so, competition among countries in the field of energy has reached its highest level. one of the significant and influential countries in this field is russia. examining the details of russia’s energy economy and the extent of their oil and gas trade can be useful for increasing iran’s share in the energy market. given the recent war between russia and ukraine, this matter has become even more crucial. russia supplied a significant portion of the energy to the european union, especially in the form of gas. consequently, the war has brought about changes in this trade. this research explores various aspects of russia’s energy and presents the reasons for the importance of this country. then, it thoroughly examines the different aspects of the russia-ukraine war, the ongoing results, and potential future effects.this research utilizes an artificial intelligence model, multilayer perceptron (mlp) to predict the future of iran’s oil and gas exports, aiming to enhance the role of iran in the world energy market. the applied data, has been collected on a season basis from 1990 to 2022. the findings indicate that the mlp model has accurately predicted the future of iran’s exports. furthermore, the results of mlp prediction presents that the amount of iran’s oil export will increase in the near future, but the amount of gas export will decrease in the next three years.
