بررسی کمک های مردمی بسیج در تامین مالی خرد جمعی با اتکا به تجربه ی دوران دفاع مقدس

یکی از روش های مهم برای هدایت نقدینگی سرگردان به حوزه تولید در راستای کنترل تورم و مقابله با گرانی تامین مالی خرد جمعی است که نمونه های مختلفی در استفاده از این روش در طول تاریخ کشور صورت گرفته است. یکی از این نمونه های موفق در دوران دفاع مقدس می باشد که توسط سازمان بسیج انجام شد. از این رو در این تحقیق ضمن بررسی استفاده از این ظرفیت های جدید به بررسی ظرفیت و ویژگی های سازمان بسیج به عنوان متولی تامین مالی خرد جمعی با در نظر گرفتن شرایط زمینه ای و واسطه ای با تکیه بر تجربه های موفق گذشته، پرداخته می شود. به همین جهت در ابتدا سعی گردید داده‌ها و یافته‌های مربوط به بخش‌های مختلف اقتصادی، نحوه و میزان تامین مالی حال حاضر کشور، تسهیلات پرداختی بانکی براساس منطقه جغرافیایی و بخش اقتصادی و صنعت، ویژگی و توانایی‌های حال حاضر سازمان بسیج، عملکرد سازمان بسیج از دوران دفاع مقدس تاکنون، پلتفرم‌های تامین مالی جمعی حال حاضر کشور و سایر موارد؛ مورد بررسی و تحلیلی قرار گیرد و سپس با استفاده از راهبرد پژوهشی نظریه داده بنیاد اقدام به جمع آوری و تحلیل داده‌ها شد و نظریه‌ای در مورد بررسی استفاده از ظرفیت‌های بسیج جهت بکارگیری تامین مالی خرد جمعی به شیوه سیستماتیک استراوس و کوربین ارائه گردید.نتایج نشان داد با توجه به مواردی چون ظرفیت  بسیج، ایجاد گروه‌های جهادی، تجربه و موفقیت‌های بسیج و بهره‌وری بالای بسیج، ایجاد یک پلتفرم تامین مالی جمعی توسط بسیج می‌تواند در بسیاری از زمینه‌ها اثر گذار باشد.

examining the effectiveness of basij’s in crowdfunding by drawing on experiences from the holy defense era

micro-financing presents an important method for directing the otherwise unproductive liquidity towards enhancing the production capacity. this paper starts by presenting a detailed definition of crowdfunding. thereafter, it examines various models of crowdfunding throughout the world, and specifically in iran, through investigating the role of basij in channeling people’s donations towards the holy defense effort. accordingly, this paper explicates the capacities and characteristics of basij that allowed this institution to act as the trustee for channeling micro financing towards the holy defense effort, whilst considering background and intermediary conditions. in line with this objective, the first paper presents the data and findings related to different economic sectors, including the current methods and amounts of financing in the country, including bank payment facilities across various regions and economic sector and industries, the characteristics, and capabilities of the basij organization, as well as the performance of the basij organization since the holy defense and the country’s current crowdfunding platforms. subsequently, by utilizing data based theorizing research strategy, data was analyzed, and a theory for mobilizing capacities towards collective micro-financing based on the systematic strauss and corbin method was developed.the results obtained indicate that capacities possessed by the basij, including jihadi groups, previous experiences, as well as the high productivity of basij, renders this institution a suitable candidate for managing crowdfunding platform.
