اقتصاد امنیت، از چیستی تا نحوه اثرپذیری از امنیت اقتصادی؛ مطالعه موردی در کشورهای با درآمد پایین

در بیان ارتباط بین اقتصاد امنیت و امنیت اقتصادی می توان گفت، اقتصاد امنیت شامل امنیت اقتصادی، هزینه های ایجاد و پایش آن و همچنین مجموعه درآمد و هزینه هایی است که به نوعی می تواند امنیت را (از هر منظر) متاثر ساخته یا از آن منتج شود. در واقع اقتصاد امنیت، مفهومی عام تر از امنیت اقتصادی است که شامل روابط، نهادها و جریانات نقدی است که برای مدیریت مخاطرات اجتماعی و اقتصادی اثرگذار بر مقوله امنیت ایجاد می شوند. هدف این پژوهش توضیح نحوه اثرگذاری امنیت اقتصادی بر اقتصاد امنیت است. برای این منظور ابتدا با مروری بر مفهوم امنیت، به مقایسه اقتصاد امنیت و امنیت اقتصادی پرداخته و سپس با مروری بر روش‌های سنجش آن، به برخی پروکسی های استفاده شده برای مدلسازی این دو اشاره می گردد. سپس به معرفی و بررسی متغیرهای اقتصادی و مولفه های امنیت اقتصادی موثر بر اقتصاد امنیت پرداخته شد. در انتها نیز با استفاده از مدل رگرسیونی پانل دیتا، نحوه اثرپذیری اقتصاد امنیت از متغیرهای توضیح دهنده امنیت اقتصادی، برای کشورهای با درآمد پایین بحث می گردد.نتایج برآمده از مدل، چنین بوده است که شاخص رفاه تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر اقتصاد امنیت دارد و متغیرهای سرمایه گذاری خارجی، هزینه مصرفی خانوار و تورم، تاثیر منفی و معناداری بر این شاخص دارند.

an examination of the relationship between the economics of security and economic security reveals the close interrelation between these two concepts, as well as their mutual dependence on the costs involved in maintain economic security and economic risks that affect security in general. economics of security is a more general concept than economic security and includes the relationships, institutions, and costs that affect the management of social and economic risks that affect security. the present study first starts with a review of concepts such as security, security economics and economic security, and subsequently examines some of the methods proposed for measuring these concepts, and the proxies often used for modeling these two concepts. thereafter, the study examines some of the economic variables and components of economic security that affect the economic security. the results obtained indicate that the welfare index has a positive and significant effect on the economics of security, and that variables such foreign investment, household consumption and inflation have a negative and significant effect on this index.
