تاثیر رشتۀ تحصیلی بر قصد کارآفرینانه دانشجویان کشاورزی استان اصفهان

باوجود اهمیت و ضرورت بخش کشاورزی و تاکید بر آن به‌عنوان محور اصلی توسعه، ولی روزبه‌روز از سهم بخش کشاورزی در توسعه و رونق اقتصادی کشور کم می‌شود. یکی از مهم‌ترین برنامه‌ها و رهیافت‌ها در این زمینه ترویج و توسعه کارآفرینی و کسب‌وکارهای کشاورزی در بین کنشگران بخش کشاورزی به‌خصوص دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزش عالی کشاورزی کشور است؛ چراکه دانش‌آموختگان رشته‌های کشاورزی به‌عنوان متخصصان موضوعی می‌توانند نقش مهمی در توسعه نوآوری‌ها و فناوری‌های جدید و در نتیجه توسعه کارآفرینی کشاورزی ایفا کنند. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف اصلی بررسی تاثیر رشتۀ تحصیلی بر قصد کارآفرینانه دانشجویان رشته‌های کشاورزی در استان اصفهان طراحی و انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمام دانشجویان رشته‌های کشاورزی در دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزش عالی استان اصفهان بودند که تعداد 212 نفر از آن‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده برای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی پژوهش پرسشنامه‌ای استاندارد بود که روایی آن توسط متخصصان موضوع و پایایی آن با محاسبۀ ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. نتایج تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که متغیرهای نگرش کارآفرینانه، هنجارهای ذهنی کارآفرینانه، کنترل رفتاری درک‌شده کارآفرینی رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری با قصد کارآفرینانه دانشجویان رشته‌های کشاورزی استان اصفهان داشتند. افزون بر این، نتایج تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره بیانگر تاثیر رشتۀ تحصیلی بر قصد کارآفرینانۀ دانشجویان کشاورزی استان اصفهان بود؛ به‌طوری که قصد کارآفرینانۀ دانشجویان رشتۀ ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی بالاتر از قصد کارآفرینانۀ دانشجویان رشتۀ زراعت و اصلاح نباتات بود. در این راستا، بازنگری دروس و سرفصل‌ رشته‌های مختلف کشاورزی با رویکرد کارآفرینانه و اجباری کردن دروس کارآفرینی و کسب‌وکار برای تمام رشته‌های کشاورزی توصیه می‌شود.

the impact of academic majors on entrepreneurial intention of agriculture students in isfahan province

despite the importance and necessity of the agricultural sector and emphasis on it as the main axis of development, the contribution of the agricultural sector in the development and economic prosperity of iran is decreasing day by day. one of the most important programs and approaches in this field is the promotion and development of agricultural entrepreneurship and businesses among the actors of the agricultural sector, especially the graduates of universities and agricultural higher education institutions of iran; because graduates of agricultural fields, as subject experts, can play an important role in the development of new innovations and technologies and, as a result, in the development of agricultural entrepreneurship. in this regard, the present study was designed and conducted with the main goal of investigating the impact of academic majors on the entrepreneurial intention of agriculture students in isfahan province. the statistical population of the research included all agricultural students in universities and institutions of higher education in isfahan province, the main tool of the research was a standard questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by subject experts and its reliability was confirmed by calculating cronbach’s alpha coefficient. the results of pearson correlation analysis showed that the variables of entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial subjective norms, and perceived entrepreneurial behavioral control had a positive and significant relationship with the entrepreneurial intention of agriculture students. in addition, the results of the multivariate analysis of variance showed the impact of academic majors on the entrepreneurial intention among agriculture students; so, the entrepreneurial intention of the students of agricultural extension and education was higher than the entrepreneurial intention of the students of plant breeding. in this regard, it is recommended to revise the courses and topics of different agricultural fields with an entrepreneurial approach and make entrepreneurship and business courses mandatory for all agricultural fields.
